Beachfront Cottage with Amazing Sunset views & Quiet Setting.

The rose covered cottage sits on the water's edge, overlooking Pocomo Harbor. You will feel as though you have stepped back in time. Everything seems to slow down. The Nantucket breeze wafts through the house, the smell of the salt air hits your nostrils and the sounds of the harbor lulls you to sleep at night.

Once you enter the cottage, the living room holds two captains bunks, which you will find the perfect spot to read or relax. Com-cast & Internet Wifi connection allows you to keep in contact with the outside world if you so choose to use it.

The kitchen is off to the left, with a high cathedral ceiling, large white porcelain farm sink, small dishwasher and hopefully most of the kitchen items you will need to prepare your meals.
The master bedroom is off the kitchen, holding a queen size bed, and has a lovely view of Pocomo harbor.

The second bedroom is also off of the kitchen, with its full bed, and a view of the water.

Off of the back of the kitchen you will find the closed in sun room, with windows that wrap around the cottage, allowing for the perfect dining room to watch the sail boats go by or the sunsets and sunrises, both of which are incredible.

Straight through the living room and sun room, to the right you will find a short hall way which leads to a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a very basic shower, sink and toilet, part of the charm of stepping back in time. Also down the hall you will find the screened in family room, with comfortable sofas, seating and a TV. This is a perfect spot to play games, watch TV or nap, as the gentle breeze comes through.

The large deck wraps around the back side of the cottage, allowing for sunning in teak lounge chairs, dinning at one of the two outdoor tables quietly, or entertaining your family. The large yard is perfect for playing croquet, or catching fireflies if you are here when they arrive mid summer.

Stairs from the lawn, lead down to the beach, where you can swim in calm waters and enjoy the tides calmly going in and out or, use one of several kayaks that are sitting on our beach to discover Polpis harbor inlets around the bend of Pocomo Point.
Ride or Walk to Pocomo Point to view the wind surfers or swim, and from there you'll have a View of Town.

After your day's end, enjoy an outdoor shower under the stars.
