Enjoy lake views & privacy from this 4-bedroom home located on Okanagan Lake close to everything. Main level: Open plan & walks out to your large covered deck, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom. 2nd Storey: Primary Bedroom with full ensuite, bedroom. Fully fenced backyard with a gate that opens up to your private beach & patio at the water's edge.

Double carport & lots of room for parking. Sleeps 10. Beds: 2-Queen, 1-King, 1-Bunk, 1 double sofa, 1 - single sofa. More occupants allowed with blow up mattresses for a fee.

Some pets allowed. Message us with pet details. Close to boat launch.

Only a few minutes from all of Vernon's amenities. 15 minutes to Predator Ridge Golf Course and award winning Lake Country wineries.

A few minute walk or bike ride to multiple Okanagan Lake Parks & Beaches.

It's a very beautiful location on the lake. The pros: The location of the home is great and is close (drive) to stores and Vernon. It was a good size for 6-8 people to stay overnight. The kitchen was a nice size and layout for preparing food for 10 people. Lots of seating for everyone, too. And the BBQ worked well. The cons: There are a couple of things that would've made it a nicer stay, related to cleanliness and maintenance of the home. The bed in the upstairs bedroom had a broken platform for the mattress, so the mattress sinks — not great, since you roll into the hole of the mattress all night. As for cleanliness, it's subpar -- the light fixtures were full of cobwebs and dust, and the cushions on the patio furniture had dog hair and dirt on them. Outside, the fire pit was unusable - its legs were broken and it was covered in cobwebs.

Stayed here for a girls trip and we had a great time in the house and on the lake! Honestly not the cleanest house or outdoor areas but bedding and high use surfaces were clean. Communication with the host company was non existent until the few days before our stay even when questions were asked. But during our stay response was prompt. With all that being said, it’s a good place to host a larger group and get to stay right on Okanagan lake.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The owners responded quickly to our questions and or concerns and the location was fantastic. At the end of our vacation it was very hard to leave. Great beach for kids and adults and ample space in the cottage.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property! Check in and out was easy, and the location is ideal. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the nearby airport was not an issue for noise. Furniture and appliances were in good condition.We found the capacity to be misleading, the listing states it sleeps 14, but it more accurately will sleep 10.

Nice location

House was nice - great location next to a small park and extra beach space. Close to everything in town (short drives). It could have been a bit cleaner- there were someone else’s clothes in one of the bedrooms, the doorknob on the main floor bathroom was broken and it didn’t close properly or lock. The tub in the upstairs bathroom didn’t drain well. The grass wasn’t mowed and was about a foot tall -would have been nice if the kids could have played in the yard.

Such a lovely property!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this home in Vernon. The owner was friendly, responsive and accommodating with a late checkout. I would love to stay here once again in the future.

Guests capacity wasn't true

Location is not bad, large fenced back yard, but not really taken care of. Noise of landing planes wakes you up 6 am, not a good thing when you on vacation. But the main issue is that indicated guests capacity wasn't true. It's saying 14 people, but in a real life it's 9 people max. We had to rent extra apartment for one of our families.
