29 Corrine Lane is a luxury 3-story home located in beautiful Singleton Beach. It features a private pool and elevator and boasts 6-bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
Entering the home, you will notice the beautiful, tiled floors on the main level. To the left of the entrance is the first guest bedroom with a queen bed, palm frond ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom (also with hall access) has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The open kitchen/dining/living room space is very inviting and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. There is seating for six at the kitchen counter – a great place to have breakfast or appetizers while you watch the chef prepare the meal. Additional seating for eight is available in the adjacent dining room. The living room has a sectional couch, two chairs and a mounted TV over the fireplace. The covered balcony off the living room has a round table with seating for four.
Climbing to the second floor there are three bedrooms and the laundry room. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and a sink. The master bedroom has a king bed, hardwood floors, palm frond ceiling fan, two accent chairs and a TV. The master bath has a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Next door is a great kid’s room with a pyramid bunkbed and twin bed. The bathroom for this room has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest room at the end of the hall has a king bed and TV with a private bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
On the third floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The ensuite bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and a little nook that has a twin trundle bed. The private bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Outside of the garage you will find a very inviting, private pool. It is actually under cover and has ceiling fans to help keep you cool. There are four Adirondack chairs, several other chairs, a table with seating for six and the propane grill. For guest convenience there is a bathroom poolside that has a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.
Overview of The Singleton Beach Community
Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles).
*There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.
**The town hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year, including a firework display every Tuesday night during the summer that is best viewed from the Shelter Cove Community Park directly behind Shelter Cove Towne Center.
*****Pool heat is an additional $75 a day
***** There is a $200 fee per stay for elevator use
*****The Elevator nor the house are considered ADA compliant. The elevators use is solely considered a convenience use item for things like groceries and luggage. It can be operated and ridden by adults only and at their own risk. The elevator access doors are locked out for safety reasons, and accessible by digital door code. Elevator use is not guaranteed due to the frequency of required maintenance. Even if elevator fee is paid it does not guarantee guest use. Although we will do what we can to make it available if possible. If use is not available reimbursement of the elevator fee is the sole remedy granted to the guest, and no other consideration will be granted. Please Keep in mind when booking, this is a house with multiple levels, and If you or someone in your party can not handle stairs this property may not be a good fit for you.
