Lexington is a historic city, conveniently located 10 miles outside Boston. The home is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfort, convenience, and practical use for a family.
Special attention is given to sleep experience. The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped to serve the chef in the family. A lush, level yard is a playground for kids and pets.
The space
- Hardwood floors greet you as you step inside an open-concept living room.
- From the living room, you can walk into the kitchen or quite a large family room overlooking the manicured yard.
- Inviting space with sizable living and family rooms provide ample seating for family members & memorable family times.
- Lush green level garden provides an ideal space for kids & pets to play and for adults to sit and enjoy nature.
- Three stairs will take you to the hallway leading to a newly renovated full bathroom and three bedrooms.

SLEEP EXPERIENCE
- All bedrooms have 14" Sealy Posturepedic mattresses (except the trundle with a 10" mattress).
- All mattresses are protected with breathable & waterproof mattress protectors.
- All bedrooms have closets for clothes and storage.
- All beds have nightstands and table lamps.
- Master bedroom has a queen bed. This bedroom has two windows opening to the east and north.
- The second bedroom also has a queen bed with two east and south windows.
- The third bedroom comes with a full over a twin-sized trundle. Trundle can be pulled out to be used as a separate twin bed.

REMOTE WORK AREA
- Master bedroom has an electric standing desk with a 27” computer monitor and computer chair.
The door can be locked to set in the master bedroom for remote work.

QUALITY FAMILY TIME
- The living and family rooms are tastefully furnished for quality family times and long-lasting memories.
- The family room has a smart Roku TV with apps like Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, etc., which guests can log in to enjoy movies and TV shows.

LUSH GREEN YARD
- Guests get to use a 0.7-acre level beautifully landscaped lush green yard.
- It serves as a playground for kids and pets.

FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN.
The kitchen has been recently renovated and comes with granite countertops and cabinets for ample storage.
- It has new stainless appliances like a Samsung French door fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, etc.
- The kitchen is also equipped with a large microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
- There is a set of 10-12 plates, bowls, and cutlery set to meet the needs of an average-sized family.

CHILD/BABY SAFE HOME
- The home is a certified lead-free property.
- Please let us know beforehand by messaging for a safety gate, height chair, and baby cot with a changing area so they can be left in the house for you.
The above products are thoroughly cleaned for every guest's family.
- Baby products come packed and need to be installed. Parents are advised to open/install them carefully, keeping safety in mind, and let the host know if guests notice anything missing or have safety concerns.
Harrington Elementary School is only a 5-minute walk away and has a children's play area that is loved by kids in the area.

FREE PARKING
- Guests have space to park two cars, one behind the other car.

SUPPLIES
- The home comes with 100% cotton towels; we provide six bath towels, two hand towels, and 4 face towels with each cleaning.
- Extra blankets/quilts & towels are placed in the linen closet facing the bathroom.
- For safety reasons, we do not provide spices at home.

HOUSE RULES

This home is quite a spacious property (for New England standards). It has an independent in-law unit facing the driveway, which the host has kept for storage and personal use. It has a separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. Guests have full privacy and do NOT share anything with the host.

NO SMOKING/NO MARIJUANA/NO DURGS HOUSE RULES
- Our guests hate the smell of cigarettes. For that reason, no smoking, vaping, or drugs are allowed in or 50 feet around the house (to avoid the smell of Marijuana or tobacco going back into the house). Please don't bring trash inside the home, even if you have smoked outside. Guests can use trash bins provided outside the home.

If there is a tobacco or Marijuana smell problem, the guest will be responsible for remediation costs (starting from $300).

NO PARTYING
- Guests can have occasional visitors but no groups or partying is allowed in the house.

SECURITY
- For the safety & security of our guests, front and back doors & driveway have video & audio recording cameras.

We DO NOT have any camera inside the house & NO conversation can ever be recorded. Still, the house alarm system is equipped to detect cigarette or Marijuana smoke and loud noises.

CHILDREN SAFETY IS THE PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY
Parents are advised to check safety gates, height chairs, cots, etc., to make sure they have all the needed parts and have been assembled according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The host takes no responsibility for children's or baby's safety.

FOR PET OWNERS
- Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture or floors from their pets. If your pet is known to damage furniture, upholstery, or floors, please avoid checking in with such a pet.

- Please put all leftover pet food or waste daily into the trash barrel outside the home to avoid smells.

Dogs can not be left alone for more than 8 hours to meet their natural needs and avoid accidents and smells in the home.

Maximum length of stay: 28 days.
