Guest Access:

We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.

-Guests have full and private use of all indoor and outdoor spaces shown.

- There’s free parking on the premises for 6 cars.



Other Things to Note:

The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded.



Q: How do I check in and out?

A: Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.



Q: Can I request an early check-in?

A: Yes. If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed and that there is an extra charge.



Q: Can I have packages delivered?

A: Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.



Q: Do you give refunds for cancellations?

A: The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing. Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking.



Q: Are there any House Rules?

A: Yes, please read the full list of house rules below. The most important rules are:

-To make sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.

- That music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
