Escape to Clearwater!

Escape to Clearwater is a comfy, cozy condo and is nestled steps away from the clearwater area of Lake Hamilton. This serene condo is a newly updated and a fully furnished 2 bed/1bath, featuring an open floor plan. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a washer/dryer. We have all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway to Hot Springs. When you are ready to go out, be sure to visit the restaurants and shops, historical bath houses, and Oaklawn casino and horse racing!
The space
Welcome to Escape to Clearwater! When you stay at our condo, you will have the ENTIRE place to yourself! Located RIGHT ON THE WATER, you will have a BEAUTIFUL and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the lake from inside the living room and kitchen. There is a queen bed in the main floor bedroom and a king bed in the loft upstairs. There are closets in both bedrooms.

The condo is located inside a gated community. You will receive a code to the gate as part of your check-in instructions. There is one designated parking spot in front of the condo you are staying in and additional parking at the back if needed. Escape to Clearwater is located on the 2nd floor (top-level), so there will be one set of stairs to climb to enter this unit.

CONDO LAYOUT:
As you enter the condo, the first bedroom is on your left. Here you will find a Queen-sized bed with a new mattress that is extremely comfortable! There is a smart tv and a closet with extra blankets, pillows, box fan, and space heater depending on the time of the year!

Continuing down the hall, you will find the bathroom on your left that is equipped with a walk-in shower. The cabinet holds plenty of towels and extras that might come in handy!

Next to the bathroom is the kitchen, which is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Just bring your groceries and start cooking. Included in the kitchen is a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, sink, and single cup coffee maker. The condominium also has an outdoor grilling area and picnic tables. We have provided some seasonings in the kitchen as well. There is a bar with barstools for you to use as extra seating or eating at the bar.

This condo has an open concept, so the kitchen opens right into the living room. You will love the open layout and the amazing views of the lake! In the living room you will find a smart tv, comfy furniture including a sofa and a comfy chair. Snuggle up on the sofa with one of the many blankets and enjoy the game or your favorite show on the tv or relax with a book while you take in the amazing views through the glass door and patio overlooking the lake!

Up the stairs you will find a cozy loft that overlooks the living room and includes a washer and dryer. Enjoy the extremely comfortable King-sized bed with extra pillows, 2 nightstands and lamps. There is also a closet upstairs with extra items you may need.

Our condo has 2 SMART tv's where you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. Just log into your account and enjoy!

** Both beds are new with NEW MATTRESSES! Each bed has several pillows for you to choose from as well. Just make yourself comfortable while you enjoy your stay!

We have a fantastic cleaning crew that maintains the space between guest stays, as well as a responsive maintenance team. If something comes up during your stay, we will handle it as soon as possible!

Other things to note
We try to make the check-in process as simple and smooth as possible. The condo has a keyless entry. All you need is the front door code, which you will receive a few hours before your check-in time. You will receive the gate code with your check-in instructions as well.

Outdoor furniture including chairs and a table overlook the lake. There is also a community fire pit in between buildings 179 and 183...just bring your own firewood and s'mores!
