Pacifico offers all the comforts you'll need for a great vacation: gated community, health club and spa, 2 pools, 1 lap pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, Ocean Front Beach Club with 2 pools and Restaurant (Additional $70 weekly fee per adult person), hike paths. In just a 2 minute walk you’ll be in our Retail Village which has a finest CostaRican super market, drug store, Bank, restaurants, souvenirs and coffee shop, perfect location for those who don’t want to rent a car.
Enjoy our luxury beautifully furnished apartment, fully equipped for your comfort. A LifeStyle unit overlooking the lazy river pool from a spacious terrace where you can sit and find the perfect balance between active and relaxing time. This 3 bedroom, second floor condo provides a master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and full size bathroom. You will find in the second bedroom a queen size bed and in the third bedroom 2 twin beds, both with their own flat screen TV, closet and sharing a full bathroom. A elegantly maintained living room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and fully air conditioned, making this apartment truly a wonderful home away from home.

Our stay at Pacifico was awesome! The condo had everything we needed stocked for cooking, showering, laundry and towels for the pool. The grounds are immaculate and restaurants and groceries were within easy reach.

Great Condo with Resort Amenities

Hotel rooms are tough when you have a boy and girl teen so this condo was the perfect solution...and even the kids were impressed! We stayed for 6 nights and were able to spread out and not feel cramped. The condo is very well kept, comfortable beds, bath and beach towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was a huge plus. The rooms have black-out shades (the sun is up by 5:30am). It was always very quite at night. The pool area was great and has a ton of natural shade and umbrellas, although the water is very warm. This unit is close to the Pool Shack which has tables or there is someone who will come take orders/deliver to your chairs. The food was OK, but they do make very strong drinks! You can find menus on the Pacifico website.This unit is also near the locked pedestrian gate which has a button for security to let you back in. We rented a car because we were going to another part of Costa Rica later, but you don't need one - there are a couple of markets very close and tons of restaurants on the street just outside the property. Many people walk around at night so it always felt safe. There are a few very nice restaurants just outside the gate if you don't want to go far. There are places to rent golf carts, but they are pricey - 65-75/day or 375-390 for the week, which was more than the car. Overall, I highly recommend this unit and would stay again!

Great stay at Pacifico!

Ollie, our concierge was incredibly helpful with things we needed. The unit is beautiful, great view from terrace of 2 pools. Queen and King beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Ok overall.

Ok overall. The condo had a weird, almost damp smell, from the moment we arrived. The master bath was the worst smelling room—not sure if the smell was coming from the rug in there. The water in the showers pools and you have to turn the water off every so often to let the water drain. This is the third or fourth time in Pacifico—but it was the first time the kids got in trouble multiple times. They don’t have a lifeguard but there is a security guard walking around who will get kids in trouble for tossing a ball, or walking over the fountain in the pool, or people for walking their dogs, etc. It was excessive honestly—not the most kid friendly experience we’ve had. It felt horrible seeing the guard stand there watching you.

Awesome location

Pacifico is a fabulous gated community. Our family of five especially enjoyed the pools, pickle ball, and long walks around the property. The unit is spacious with a well furnished balcony overlooking the pool.The location is a great jumping off point to visit great beaches and have experiences like ziplining or hikes to waterfalls.

We love Pacifico, the grounds, pools, and the Pina Shack were amazing. Great wait staff. We loved the laid back Vibe in Coco. We were here 6 years ago, so knew we would love it.

Amazing

Exactly as advertised. Overlooks the pools. Grocery store very convenient. Loads of restaurants. Whatsapp is the easiest way to communicate with property manager, always took care of our concerns. Golf cart rental recommended. Father Rooster restaurant in Ocatal is a must.

Great Stay

Our family of 4 had a great vacation here. The whole family loved the multiple pools just steps from the condo, and the Pina Shack. Everything is within walking distance, groceries, restaurants, beach, etc. This was one of the best stocked condos we have ever rented. Thank you for thinking of everything a family could need.

Beautiful place to stay!

Pacifico has a resort style feel. There are restaurants, a gym, pool and room service at certain hours of the day and you can also enjoy the amenities at the Pacifico Beach Club.Their are grocery shops near and additional restaurants and coffee shops. And the beach is a short walk. This particular unit was clean and very comfortable with a perfect view of the pool and close proximity to the on-site Pina shack where they make delicious Pina Colada’s!

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. You’re close to the pool, the 2nd floor balcony is a great place to hang out, and you’re close to town and the grocery store. Some of the linens are a little tired. You should bring or buy your own beach towels. There were also limited items such as soap, TP, paper towel, etc. Fortunately the grocery store is close. Having a washer and dryer was great. We could have packed less. Raquel was very helpful by coordinating transportation to and from airport, connecting us with someone who could rent is a golf court and connect us with a boat owner to go snorkeling and fishing.

Beautiful, safe, gated property in a great location.

This condo was beautiful and meet our families needs. 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit (second level) with free parking for our car rental. Large balcony with seating overlooking the pool area. The property is gated and in walking distance to all the action; bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and Playa del Coco beach. The kitchen is loaded with all the supplies you may need and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. It was nice to do laundry before we headed home so that I didn't have to deal with it when I got home. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing pools

The condo is comfortable and nice. We liked that it was close to Auto Mercado. We loved the bakery there for a quick breakfast. The pools were amazing and warm. Thank you so much!

Great condo and location, but no management

This is a beautiful condo located in the best place in Playa de Coco. The grounds and pool are great. You are next to a super market and a easy walk to down town. The only negative is the property management. You are own your own. I asked them if they could pick me up at the airport, when we arrived and take us to the resort. They said "yes". No one showed up. When we got to the resort, they had no reservation for us. After 30 minutes of searching, they finally discovered it under the property managers name who fortunately I had written down. So it was a very bad start. When I contacted Randy thru VRBO, he had lots of excuses. The car broke down, driver lost his cell phone etc. Well, if he knew that, I asked him, why didn't you call or text me. He was "out of town" and his assistant was on maternity leave. So...no one was their to help any tenant. Pretty sad. He did say the driver would take me back to the airport for free. Well, that didn't happen either. Again, the property and view are great!. Inside their where a few problems. One of the shower doors was broken and would not close. In the master bath, their where stains on the ceiling from water leaking down from up stairs. Lastly, in one of the bedrooms, when it rains, rain water leaks in thru the walls and ceiling and all of the floor. I notified them about it. They responded, "we are aware of it and will take care of it". It didn't happen. So, the place is great, wonderful pools, gorgeous view, very secure, great location. You will love your stay there, but don't ask or expect anything from the property manager, you won't get it.

Can't wait to come back.

We stayed at the Pacifico in this unit for a week. We checked in on Feb 27th and checked out March 2bd. This property is well kept and was perfect for me and my young family. The staff at the resort and The Beach Club were friendly and helpful . None of us wanted to leave. Thanks to Laura who helped us with our booking and helping to arrange a crib and shuttle transfers. Can't wait to come back.

Great Kid friendly area

The condo here was a perfect location for families with younger children. It is next to two pools and a quick walk or golf cart ride to nearby stores and beach. The condo did get noisy at times due to neighbors but it quieted down before we were ready to crash. I definitely recommend for young families staying in the area.

We live in Playas del Coco and have a son (5 years old) and a daughter (2 years old).
I've been doing Property Management since we move to Coco. I started my company All Costa Rica Rentals 10 year ago providing rentals, management and maintenance services and recently I started with El Coco Tours, a company that provides Tours and Transfer services, we have our own vans and boats. That's a plus for our renters that would like to enjoy the beauties Costa Rica has to offer.
