Cruise around Tampa Bay in style on our awesome charter boat, the 2022 Regal 36XO aka Queen Manhasset. This boat has all the comfort and luxury you would need to enjoy the ride around the Tampa Bay area. Inquire for availability.

Golf Cart rentals are available (but not included) through a third party vendor and include pickup and drop. Please inquire within for pricing and availability.

Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.

​​​​​​​Pets are allowed with restrictions. Only small pets under 50lbs are acceptable, and pet fee per pet applies. For stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. We'd be happy to discuss our pet policy further if you're interested in renting our home. Breed restrictions apply.
