Welcome to our one-bed, one-bath condo located in Nashville, less than a mile from Broadway in the shadow of the State Capitol. Conveniently located, you’ll be a 15-minute walk to Broadway, TPAC, Farmer`s Market, Titans & Sounds Stadium, Bridgestone, The Gulch, Music Row, The Ryman, Municipal Auditorium, Germantown, and Capitol Hill.
Pet friendly. Restrictions apply.
A mix of government employees, full-time residents, and traveling professionals. It is a friendly complex.
1 month minimum. Must agree to all HOA bylaws.
This fully furnished condo is perfect for traveling medical/business professionals or small families/couples who want to experience what Nashville offers. All utilities are included. Covered garage parking (for cars and CUVs only) and street parking for trucks included; you must register the car with the front office. Capitol Towers is an old, outdated building with few amenities. It is not a pretty building and many would call it an eyesore. These are the negatives.
The positives are that it is quiet, safe, and convenient to all of Nashville. Tenants are either full-time residents or professionals. Secure building. There is a 30-day rental minimum, so this attracts a professional clientele.
Walk. Bike. Scooter. Uber. Lyft. Taxi. Drive.
✔︎ Building quiet hours are 8 PM - 8 AM
✔︎ Trash chute used only between 7 AM - 10 PM, per the HOA. All items must be securely wrapped and sealed in bag before placing in the chute. For large boxes, you will have to use the dumpster located in B1 Garage. Boxes must be broken down, per the HOA. Key fob is required to reenter the building from B1.
✔︎ Must sign basic lease agreement.

✔︎ Must provide renter`s insurance.
