HOUSE RULES & GUIDELINES DURING YOUR STAY: • In Hawaii we remove our shoes at the door • PLEASE… wash dishes at all times, unwashed dishes and left out food attracts bugs • Respect and keep the noise down between 10PM-8AM • PLEASE… advise Derek if anything breaks or malfunction during your stay • PLEASE… maintain apt in an orderly, clean and tidy fashion during your stay. Keeping the apt in an orderly fashion keeps the property from ware and tear and breaking down and makes an easier and efficient check-out as well ensure that no personal items are forgotten • Absolutely NO SMOKING in unit, on lanai and in building • PLEASE… TURN OFF fans and lights each time you leave the apt EXTRA ITEMS: If you require additional personal supplies such as soap and toilet paper beyond the basic provided at check in, those items will be your own responsibility. KEYS / SECURITY: There will a $100 lost keys / FOB (grey key) fee. / Do not let any strangers into the building. UPON CHECKING-OUT: • PLEASE… do a full apartment sweep of Bedroom, Drawers, Closets, Bathroom, Kitchen, and Fridge to ensure no personal items are forgotten • PLEASE… throw away and discard all open foods from fridge • PLEASE… empty all trash in the trash chute or trash cans • PLEASE… leave all linen on the bed. Making beds are always appreciated and shows respect to the host and puts you in a great light • PLEASE… leave all used towels in the hamper • Straightening and tiding up the apt leaving will be much appreciated and given a great review • PLEASE leave your keys and or fobs in the designated area Please don't forget to give your review to ensure others on how your stay was.
