Nice and clean for a 2-day stay; however, the lingering smell of smoke was unpleasant. The directions given for entry and parking were very clear and appropriated

Good with one Issue.

The location is awesome, the place was clean, the only issue we had was that it smelled like weed and cigarettes inside. The info packet says no smoking inside. I messaged them through the VRBO app and let them know, thinking the previous renter might have been smoking inside. We do not smoke and wanted to make sure they knew it was not us. They got back to us quickly and said they would handle it. I am not sure who stays in the main part of the house, but the smell comes through the vents and gets worse when the AC cuts on. We were there for 4 days, and every time we came back and opened the door, the smell of weed and cigarettes was there and got stronger overnight. It might be an issue if you are a non-smoker like us.

Spring vacation

The rental is good for two people and one small dog. We enjoyed our stay. One of the reasons we booked this rental was available parking for our boat and proximity to boat ramps. Owner was helpful and easy to work with.

Merritt island to meet the boat

Had a wonderful stay! House is perfect, extremely clean and was a major plus to find somewhere that would let us bring our 3 pups. Another plus was a nice park not a mile down the road to walk the pups. Definitely would stay again!
