Overall the home was fine. We needed somewhere to stay in a pinch due to some renovating in our own home and were blessed to have found this place. It needed to be cleaned a bit because there were cob webs in several places throughout the home and the floors could use a good scrub.

Property Not as Described / Uninhabitable Rental

Upon arrival on 7/04/2025 at 3:00am the property was in extremely unsanitary and uninhabitable conditions that were not represented in the Vrbo listing. The specific issues encountered include:Feces left in the toiletFood and debris in the sink, stove and microwaveSpider webs throughout the homeExcessive dust on surfacesHair in the bathtub, dirt and sinksUsed towels left in the showerVery dirty mirrors and floorsStrong smell of cigarette smokeContainers of beer left in the fridge.The sheets did not look clean.These conditions made the property uninhabitable, unsafe, and in violation of the standards promised in the listing.As a result of these unsanitary conditions, I was forced to seek alternative accommodations at my own expense, incurring significant inconvenience and additional costs. We reach out to the host immediately. But the Host replied to us 3 days after, stating that it was nothing wrong with the house. We were able to take videos and pictures as proof of the poor condition of this house.
