Inside the apartment:
- King-size bed in the private bedroom — plush and hotel-level comfy.
- Fold-out queen bed in the living room — ideal for an extra guest or a small group.
- Washer + dryer in-unit — no waiting around for machines.
- Fast Wi-Fi for remote work, scrolling, or streaming.
- Smart TV with HDMI for plug-in access (bring your own login!)

Please note that a one-time management fee of $150 is required for all stays. This fee is mandatory and non-refundable.

✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
