The condo has a great layout, and is a perfect size for a large family. The small pool on patios was a cool touch for the kids. However would of been much better if it was heated. The condo is not very well maintained, the carpet was very dirty, two of the TVs were missing remotes or they were broken, and was missing the DVD player. The staff is extremely responsive and resolved those issues immediately. While we were there the range apparently started leaking gas. So we had to turn the gas off to range and weee unable to use. Another note in regards to the TVs, they really have a poor channel selection. Some do not receive a signal and other just basic channels are missing completely. The ability to cast from phone to tv is a cool feature, but only works in living room. As far as the location, it was convenient, but is more realistically in Inlet Beach, not Rosemary as indicated in listing. They convienece of the bikes that come with your rental was a nice touch, my kids loved it. However, they did not have a tag along to go behind the adult bike for a little one. We had to go down the road and rent from another company. They beach chairs that were setup were great and a short bike ride. However, you do have to ride next to the highway, but there is a nice sidewalk. To make a long story short, I would not stay here again.
