The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the extra snorkel gear when our son decided he didn’t like the fins he brought. Also appreciated the full size fridge for all our supplies. The A/C worked well and everyone had good sleep on the comfy beds. The beach outside the condo was great; we saw turtles each time we snorkeled there! The condo beach had lounge chairs available and was cleared of seaweed at least two times the week we were there. Landscaping was really nice and well maintained. Location was good, nothing was too far of a drive. The reserved parking was nice; parking on G.C. seems to be a challenge. We used the games available, the pool noodles and the sun umbrella....much appreciated amenities. Having a washer/dryer was hugely helpful over the week. We also used the condo pool which was nice. Just be careful of the busy street you have to cross! I especially enjoyed sitting outside on the covered porch reading in the early morning. We fell in love with the island. Excellent property well located

We just spent two weeks at the condo and loved the location. There were a few hiccups along the way but the location of the condo was great and quiet when there is no construction. The condo is very well equipped and really had about everything we could ask for. We didn't get to spend as much time on Spott's Beach as we wanted due to environmental reasons but did go snorkeling and see some turtles and conch shells. It was an easy drive to other locations on the island without much trouble. Just be wary of work traffic when you have things scheduled at various locations as it can add about a half hour to a drive. We nearly always had the beach to ourselves.
