Other things to note Parking: HOA regulations limit overnight parking to 5 vehicles maximum (garage + driveway combined).
House Rules:
1. TRUVI identity verification is required before arrival. 2. Guests must complete the check-in form before check-in instructions are shared. 3. No parties, weddings, or events without prior written approval. 4. No commercial or professional photo/video shoots without prior approval. 5. Additional licensing or usage fees may apply for approved shoots. 6. No glitter or confetti allowed. 7. All decorations must be removed by check-out. 8. Illegal or abusive internet use is strictly prohibited. 9. WiFi is not guaranteed and may be affected by remote area outages. 10. Any rule violation may result in cancellation without refund. 11. Additional charges may apply for damages, fines, or violations.
Additional rules Trash bins need to be out on the curb every Tuesday night for an early Wednesday trash pick up. Kindly make sure it get collected every week so you have space for all your daily trash.
