Awesome location.

Great written communication although she can’t speak ANY English.

However, the unit has not been thoroughly cleaned and purged in a long while.

It was so much hair, dust and dirt on the bathroom floor I was completely disgusted. The entire apartment floor was nasty.

On the surface it “looked” cleaned but it wasn’t.

The room felt muggy and needs a dehumidifier really bad.

The one window with a screen had holes in it so we were killing bugs and mosquitoes the entire time.

The kitchen faucet isn’t secure and if you’re not careful water will be all over the floor.

The owner was mopping and drying the patio area when we were arriving and there is all types of trash and construction materials laying around. It killed the vibe and the ambiance totally.

It appears that the owner focuses on making sure the bed linens are cleaned after each rental because everything else needs updating and a deep cleaning.

I regret that I didn’t call and cancel this reservation after I walked the unit and saw the floors.

I couldn’t find a broom and dustpan to sweep the floor and I couldn’t walk around without my socks being completely covered in dust, dirt and hair...ughh!

The unit is inside of the main doors but through a corridor and that area is damp and feels like an alley way with all the trash and old junk laying around.

Lastly, if someone locks the iron inside gate, good luck because the lock is broken and you’ll have to wait until someone either buzzes you in or enters the front door and unlocks it from the front side.
