Great Beach House At Great Location!

The Rushings invite you to enjoy an exciting Florida vacation in our Beach House on Anastasia Island, in quiet Surf Crest Village.
Our bungalow cottage house is adjacent to the solar heated pool and is in the center of an oceanfront complex of individual one and two-story homes. This is a house and not a condo. BIG difference if you have ever stayed in a condo with a noisy neighbor! There is a picturesque covered gazebo atop the dunes for your enjoyment, with private access to an uncrowded white sandy beach.
WARNING: If you come once you'll be hooked!!!!
We are five miles south of historic St. Augustine, ten miles north
of Marineland, an hour and a half from Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center and many other wonderful attractions. World Golf Village and Outlet Shopping Malls are just minutes away.
This is a Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Beach house.

The vrbo was clean, comfy and convenient to old town

Great Vacation

Property was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach. Pool was very close to the property but privacy maintained with shrubs. Overall, this was a delightful place to stay for my family.

Wonderful St. Augustine Beach

This is our second stay at Surf Crest Village. It did not disappoint!! We loved the cottage with all its conveniences and comforts. The beach was awesome!

Great place exactly like it was described.

This is a very clean, cute little beach house with a perfect location. There’s a walkway to the white sandy beach and a popular Miniature Golf place within walking distance that we really enjoyed . The Historic downtown is about 15 minutes away. We took our three teenage grandkids and had a very nice little vacation here!

Wonderful experience

The cottage was immaculate, clean with plenty of kitchenware to be able to make meals. Close to everything including beach and pool. Thank you Julie and Steve, when we come back to St. Augustine, we'll be looking to stay there again.

Perfect!

We were so happy with everything about this property. I will book again because I doubt we could find anything better. The beach access was terrific, very nice pool. Great location, very close to everything. Host was great. I would definitely recommend this property and thats saying alot because I am a host and a perfectionist.

Sisters weekend

Very cute and clean cottage. Very beautiful area. Short walk to restaurants and ice cream. Just a couple minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful sisters weekend. We walked to see to see the sunrise. Beautiful walks in the evenings. This cottage had everything you need for a great stay.

Look no further

Beautiful beach house steps to the beach and short drive to historic downtown. We did a lot of online searching before we booked and we could not have been happier with our choice. Julie was so helpful and her newly remodeled beach house had everything we needed for our winter getaway. It is even more beautiful in person. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Retirement life is amazing!

This is the first time that we have stayed in a place that is an association and so the homes are all located quite close to each other. We thought it would bother us but it didn't at all. Everyone was very respectful of each other's privacy and yet friendly too. The home was exactly as described. There wasn't anything in the kitchen as far as supplies (salt/pepper, seasonings, only 3 garbage bags, 4 dishwasher pods) but that could be due to new regulations after COVID. We didn't realize there was a garden hose along side of house and that would be good to add to your list of items available. The pool is very close and great! We used the grill and outside deck every day! Thank you kindly for sharing your home with us!

The house was tidy and well organized, and very welcoming! We loved how close it was to the beach and how easy it was to create home-cooked meals in the well-stocked kitchen. A short drive took us to multiple restaurants and sights. Overall, a great stay.

We really enjoyed this property. So close to the beach and right next to the pool. We loved drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and wine in the evening. The condo was cozy with a nice layout. Owners responded right away to inquiries. I would definitely recommend this lovely property!

When we arrived at the property, everything looked great intact in place we entered the premises and everything was absolutely spotless and perfect. The host went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as could be the kitchen the laundry everything was just perfect.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful beach house. We definitely overpacked with things the owner provided. There is not 1 thing I can think of that this house did not have, sand buckets for the kids, beach chairs, floats for the pool, and many other necessities. Just a short walk and you’re on the beach. This house is beautiful, peaceful and we will definitely plan to visit again. Booking was easy and the owner is very prompt in answering questions you may have. Very pleased with our stay. Excellent stay at beach home

We loved our stay at this beach home. It was in an excellent location, short walk to the beach, near many restaurants and a short drive into old St. Augustine. The home was clean, decorated so cute and very comfortable for our 5 night stay. The only negative was we didn't stay long enough!

Great location, had everything we needed

Our family of 4 enjoyed our trip to St. Augustine Beach immensely. This cottage was perfect for us- we had a short walk to a very private beach and when we didn’t want to go out to the sand- the neighborhood pool was right there and a perfect option for little kid swimming between naptime and dinner time. :) the home was well stocked and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There were a few boards in the floor that felt a bit shaky- so may need to have a some repairs done- but overall the house seemed well maintained and was very clean and comfortable for our family. AC worked well and we had control over the settings which was nice. There were a few dishwasher pods and laundry detergent sheets available so we didn’t have to buy a big package to run just a few loads- it’s the little things- but we felt well cared for and would definitely book here again.
