This home is perfect for the large family or two family vacation! The house sleeps 12 people comfortable. Has two master suite area and the other two bedrooms have two beds each. Additionally, there is a large pool room with a sleeper sofa. Property is 3 miles to the beaches (see map) and Belleair area with up scale restaurants (Bone Fish, E&E Steak Out, Cody's Roadhouse, etc., Publix grocery store and several shops and boutiques.

Pretty nice place

Place was nice, did look like there was some mold on the ceiling, and a little dated, but did house all of use and had adequate space. BJ was great and when i texted that the grill was missing brought a brand new one over the next morning.

Spacious

Good location. Safe area. Neighbors are out and about and seem friendly. The house is big enough to accommodate a large group. Family of 5 was very spread out. Pool table was a nice addition at night when unwinding. You are 12 minutes from walmart. 2 minutes from a gas station. 25 minutes from a half dozen different beaches. 50 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. That 50 minute drive is real easy too, not stressful.

Had a great time. The condo was beautiful and we felt at home. Close to the beaches and a quiet neighborhood. Meet the owner and he was very nice. Highly recommend.

All about the neighborhood

Great place to stay. Had family in for several days for a wedding. Grandkids stayed for spring break. Loved walking the dog through the quiet streets. Well equiped kitchen. Nice outdoor area.

Awesome Neighborhood

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood for the kids. The owner was very nice and answered any questions in a timely fashion. I would definitely rent this place again in the near future!

Lots of Space!

This house has plenty of space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms! The game room with the pool table was a hit! It was close to the beach, only about an eight minute drive. House could use lot of cosmetic updates. There was paint peeling from the ceiling in several spots of the house, kitchen cabinet doors do not stay closed. One of the doors fell off the hinges and fell on the floor, which my handyman husband was able to fix. We had issues with AC not cooling below 77° so I reached out to BJ and he said he would send someone out. He was very responsive. I would definitely work with this property manager again!

Spring break perfection!

We had a seamless check in and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was a great homebase while we were in Florida for a wedding and spring break. Close to beaches, shopping, etc. with plenty of grocery stores nearby. Easy to get to and from the airport and main highways. The whole family enjoyed having multiple spaces to relax in and having two master suites was really awesome. Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we were in the area!

friends reunion

The size of the unit was prefect for us 4 adult males each had our own room, and the pool table was a nice bonus. When we got in the unit, we notice there was no coffee maker, so I called the owner and he was great and he replaced it right away. The unit can use a good updating. and a better cleaning crew. I would walk around in my sox and the bottom of them would be filthy, and dirt in corners of rooms. But overall it did worked for us

Nice home in good location

Nice home for vacation with my family of six adults. Spacious and good amenities. Pool table was a lot of fun. Nice park within walking distance. BJ and Victoria were very responsive to my inquiries. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation 2022

Property is in a very nice neighborhood and close to beaches. The house worked great for us with 8 adults, a 3 year old and three 1 year olds Owners were very quick to respond to some questions and things we needed. Really enjoyed our stay in Largo!

This house was plenty big enough for our family of 10. The kids really enjoyed the pool table.

This house was plenty big enough for our family. There were a few things that I had to do such as change burnt out light bulbs. The instructions stated there were keys (meaning more than one), however there was only one key in the lockbox. We really had to coordinate the things we wanted to do based on what other kids wanted to do so that some people were NOT locked out of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool table, however the tips kept falling off the existing pool cues. I would suggest buying a few cheap cues so that guests can enjoy your pool table. We did receive compliments from others that were renting a house in the neighborhood about the patio and pool table. Thank you for hosting our family for the holidays!

Big house

The house feels like roomy. The king size bed has a good mattress. They provide plenty of towels. The house has a lot of room if kids got bored of tv they went to the play room. The down side was, The dryer was not working properly and the kitchen has old kitchen dishes not a big deal for me because we weren't cooking much or washing. But overall the house is comfortable.

Good Value

We enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us. Lots of space in the kitchen to cook all our meals and snacks. The kids loved the pool table and the nerf guns! This property isn’t perfect but good value for the money we paid. We enjoyed the location which is close to shopping, the beach, and activities in and around the Tampa Bay Area. The owner was readily available when we had questions and was quick to reply when we needed him. Laundry on site was fantastic so we could go home with clean clothes! I definitely recommend this house for others.

Awesome House

This house did not disappoint it was everything BJ said plus more! We was full with 12 people and it was big enough not to bump into one another and cause chaos, perfect for a large group. The house was full of linens and cook wear. The only downside is that the beach is NOT a 5min walk to the beach the closest beach was a 21 minute drive. The neighbor hood was nice and quite!!!!!!!! All in all it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful place

We had three small families all in this house. There was plenty of room. The neighborhood was quite. Loved the location. It was close to the beach as well as close to any store you may need to go to again.

My Partner and I rehab and sale properties in Pinellas County. We purchased this property and both of us being family men whom often rent from owners while traveling, concluded that the house is very spacious and would be enjoyed by large families. We have success thus far and with several guest / families and have had great reviews. I am always available and easy to communicate with so the process is very easy.

This property is 3 miles to the beache and comfortably sleeps 12 people with plenty of room to spare. The house is laid out well so the bedrooms are spread out as are the bath rooms. The furnishings are very nice and the dinning room table has a seat for all occupants. Again very short drive the several of the Gulf beaches to include Indian Rocks, Indian Shores, Belleair, and Clearwater.
