Falling Waters Beach Resort is located 10 minutes from Naples Town Center, and an equal distance from Marco Island in South West Florida. This second floor, end-of-unit corner, condo apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 2 full-baths, and it has everything you might need including a cable TV and high speed wireless Internet. An over-sized slider opens fully from the living room to the large tiled Lanai. The slider recesses into the wall thereby fully exposing the living room to the Lanai. The lanai has seating and dining for 6+, two ceiling fans, an electric BBQ Grill with a mini-fridge, and overlooks mature trees and pond view creating a relaxed shady atmosphere. Master bedroom has KING size bed, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and a slider that opens to the screened lanai. Master bath has shower, double sinks and separated toilet. Guest room has two TWIN beds and is adjacent to the second full bath. Lanai has Futon that can sleep 2 people as well as a 3rd TV. Washer, dryer and laundry sink are in separate laundry room.
