This stylish property has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designer kitchen and an open plan living and dining area, and a private swimming pool on the deck overlooking the ocean. The gorgeous timber floors and stylish interiors will have you relaxing in no time. Take a plunge in the pool and then enjoy a spa, in the gorgeous glassed bathing area.

Ideal for the wedding party on that special weekend, a group of friends or luxurious family weekend away. But don’t let the luxury of this seaside retreat fool you, The Edge is family friendly with loads of entertainment options and an enclosed rear garden. The easy access to Long Beach is perfect, no need to take the car out, you will simply have to stroll over and set up for a day of water activities and relaxing on the sand.

Wifi - There is no wifi, however many of the local cafes and public library offer free internet access if required during your stay.

Pets - This property is STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. If there are any signs of pets being at the property cleaning fees and if there is any damage will be added onto your stay accordingly.

What to Bring – Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid sachets, laundry powder sachets, dish tablets, dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, bathroom amenities and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only provide bathroom linen for the amount of guests in your booking. We recommend you to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide these. Strictly no bathroom linen to be used for the beach.

6. Please ensure the home is locked upon departure
7. All heating/cooling is turned off upon departure
8. Key safe code will be sent to you after booking confirmation
9. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for the BBQ if it's not cleaned after use

IF PETS ARE DISCOVERED IN THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR THE FOLLOWING WILL OCCUR;
1. Pets that have been secretly bought into a PROPERTY will be removed immediately.
2. IF PETS ARE NOT REMOVED GUESTS WILL ALSO BE EVICTED
3. Pets found inside a PROPERTY will incur a $400 fee AND ANY CHARGES FOR EXTRA CLEANING
4. Our pet friendly properties welcome dogs and other pets by negotiation. Your well behaved pets are NOT welcome inside. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair, food, stains, smells or faeces. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us (and will be charged back to you). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Additional time that is spent cleaning up after animals will be charged to you.
