What we got for our money was perfect. The cottage was warm, cosy and comfortable. Gina and Ray were warm and friendly with giving us the freedom to roam around their property which has magical views. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back

What a lovely little space situated in such a stunning landscape. We only had one night here but we loved it so much we'll absolutely be back for a longer stay so we can explore the region. Spent some time with the record player, the rest of the night next to the firepit watching the stars. Woke up to misty hills and a pleasant walk as the sun came up. Kitchen is well supplied if you want to bring groceries and be self sufficient, or the pub is only a short drive away and the food there was great. Appreciated the electric blanket, kept us cosy on such a chilly night. The hosts are truly lovely people happy to have a chat and then leave you to it, main house is close but the space still felt private. Really wish we could have stayed longer!

Such a lovely retreat. The cottage was comfortable with a range of delightful little things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Host is delightful, welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Really nice place to stay

We stopped in on our way to Sydney from Brisbane and stayed on the way back. Great place to stay very peaceful,will be back.

Great stay

This place provided the perfect stopover - although once we were there, we wished we had booked for more than one night. Beautiful location and comfortable accommodation.

Great stay! Gina is a lovely host and the property is gorgeous with art work and sculptures. Even a pear tree. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Gina made sure we had all the basic cooking/eating utensils we needed Shower good pressure.

Perfect Family Getaway

The accommodation was clean and well kept, with plenty of on-site activities to keep the whole family entertained; including boardgames, a firepit and a walk around the beautiful property. We can't wait to stay again.

Cosy home away from home

Beautiful and serene getaway

Lovely, friendly hosts and a perfect location, especially green and beautiful after all this rain. The cottage was really comfy and the surrounds so idyllic to wander around.

An absolutely amazing little cottage, a quaint retreat. Was a great way to detox from your day to day constraints.The scenery was amazing and the sunrise is worth setting your alarm to so that you don't miss out on it every morning.

Beautiful location, charming cottage

The cottage had beautiful views of the mountains around it and was at the foot of one that we walked up. The cottage itself was small but extremely charming and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this for families.

Excellent Stay

Stayed for a week while in the area for an event. The property was perfect for what we required, it was fantastic having access to a kitchen and full facilities. Hosts were beyond accomodating and helpful which we again appreciated. Would absolutely stay again and recommend the property to others.

Country comfort

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the city lights and traffic. We would definitely stay again.

Very, very nice

An idyllic country escape, yet close to Tamworth, Armidale and Uralla. And a generous host who went out of her way to make us comfortable. Mountain and river walks, breathtaking scenery and a cosy cottage with everything we needed. The family and I loved it even more the second time!

Great halfway stop between Brissie & Sydney

Our second overnight stay at the cottage. Stayed with extended family (4 adults, 1 child and 2 small dogs). Very comfortable and cosy. Gina is a friendly and accomodating host. Lovely area for walks and runs.

Perfect

The cottage is lovely. Very clean, peacefully quiet and very comfortable. Gina and Ray were warm and welcoming and there were some lovely little extras we didn't expect. A perfect place to stay when we were visiting family.
