Stay in and relax. It's the perfect West End neighborhood to enjoy the quiet, read a book or watch the world go by. Or go out and explore. You'll be just steps from Mussel Beach Gym, PTOWN Bike Rentals, the Boatslip and strolling Commercial street .

Fully renovated, stylish, second floor 2 bedroom condo with 1 King Bed (rare in Provincetown!) and 1 Queen Bed. We have everything you'll need including parking for one car, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, A/C, ceiling fans, flat screen tvs in the living room and both bedrooms, grill and a fully furnished deck with a stunning view of the Pilgrim Monument.

Perfect Ptown stay

This cozy condo could not be more perfectly located – it's in the heart of town, with a little added quiet since it's a short block up from Commercial St. The unit has all the basics covered and we had excellent communication with the hosts, who left us thoughtful welcome gifts and were incredibly responsive. Highly recommend this spot!

Nice, easy condo in great Ptown location

Charming condo

Great get-away

The condo is well stocked and in a great location. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine from a NY winery. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and we would hope to stay there again.

Awesome place for our P-Town stay!

We had a great stay at Rob, Michael, and Tim's place. The location is very convenient to everything and well appointed with all of the necessities. Rob was very responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. Thank again guys!

Nice getaway

The condo was clean and well furnished. The location was very good. It was quiet but close to the center of town. The owners provided everything to insure a good weekend.

Perfect long weekend!

My partner and our friends absolutely loved our stay in PTown! This unit was the perfect size for 4 people, spotless upon arrival, and so conveniently located that we only used our rental car to go to the beach and back (which could have been done easily on bikes too). Rob, Tim, and Michael are fantastic hosts and we’re already planning out our trip back!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay in PTown a great deal. The apartment was as photographed and clean and tidy. The AC in the master bedroom needs some attention, kept the place cool but was hella-noisy. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend.

The Perfect Spot

We very much enjoyed our stay at 23 Conant. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and spacious (bigger than you think it is - the deck was such a bonus) and the vibe was just right (Cher coasters!). The property managers/owners were immediately responsive and super sweet (they provided a coffee gift card). We would absolutely rent this property, again.

Great location!

This condo was perfect for our stay. 2 bedrooms are large with plenty of storage! Location is close to everything but was very quiet at night. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. I have marked this place on my "favorites" list and will definitely check to see if it's available to rent again when I return to Provincetown.

We need a King Bed so we know how hard it is to find in Provincetown! Our King and Queen Bedrooms both offer high ceilings, and privacy from the main living area.
You can't beat our second floor deck for morning coffee, grilling dinner, and just sitting back enjoying the view of the Pilgrim Monument.
These are the 2 most common compliments from our guests:
"perfect location" and "well appointed." We think you'll agree.
