AZ relaxing getaway

Our family of 5 stayed here for my daughters graduation from GCU. It was perfect. So much space and places to relax. The owners response time to any questions was immediate. We had a great time!

Perfect Destination

We had to come to Arizona for a baseball tournament. The tournament was awful. The heat was awful. The palce we stayed was wonderful. Perfect vacation spot. We swam, played games, grilled and had a great time. The host, Keith, was great. I would highly recommend this place.

Graduation trip

Had family come in for daughter/sisters graduation from ASU. Accommodations were great, close to campus and everything that we planed to do. Very enjoyable trip, would definitely recommend this property.

PERFECTION!

This house made our vacation! The host was amazing - direct communication. The home was spotless and extremely comfortable. Beds were comfortable, each room was inviting with fresh linen and towels. Every amenity you could think of was available. I was hesitant as this was the first time we rented a home instead of a hotel and it was completely worth it! The pool was clean and a great size for our family. The backyard/pool area is private and secure. The patio furniture and lighting created a fun vibe and ambiance. We celebrated my daughter's ASU graduation. The location was perfect for downtown Tempe, the ASU campus, and a short trip to the airport. I cannot say enough great things about this stay. We felt like pampered guests. It was worth every penny and more!!!

Unfortunately we did have a mishap that couldve been a big deal ....went out for the evening came back to an unfunctioning door lock and could not get ahold of host....he finally responded hours later

Very good, quiet stay!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood! Went there for Spring Training and had easy access to everything around the area. Our host was very communicative and we did not have any issues with our stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - would definitely stay there again!! Thanks Keith!!

Absolutely Stunning

If you are looking for a large home, in a beautiful location, then look no further. I can’t praise this accommodation enough. Huge amount of space, comfortable rooms and a great sized pool with plenty of seating areas. The host was so nice and welcoming with great communication.

Just what we needed

Owner was easy to work with and prompt answering any questions we had! House was mostly updated. Everything worked as mentioned. Very comfortable and cozy layout.

Soccer Mom Approved!!

A bunch of mom's rented this place to save money on accommodations for a soccer tournament our boys were playing in over the President's day weekend. While 30 minutes from the fields, it was a cute little gem in Tempe that is located in a very quiet and small community with great access to a bunch of eateries and other shopping locations. While we didn't have an opportunity to jump in the pool due to the cold weather, the home had tons of room for the eight of us! The bedrooms were spacious enough and I must say, surprisingly comfortable. Although and older home, the bathrooms were functional and we had no issues with hot water. The living area is spacious and comfortable; there was lots of room to lounge and hang out. We were very happy with this place and would love to book this next year as well! The only down fall to the place is that because the house is older, the noise from the living room travels through the walls of the bedrooms. Other than that it was perfect!!!
