We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and welcoming. We appreciated the comfortable beds and nice furniture in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked good. As a suggestion, the carpeting should be replaced, it does detract from the beauty of the condo and it would be nice to have fire wood available in the colder months.That being said we would stay here again.

This place was not Vrbo quality and should be removed from Vrbo. There were may things wrong with this place. First, the carpet was filthy, old and needs to be replaced. Second, there was a laundry room. I thought I was paying for a laundry room in the condo. The laundry room was dirty and we couldn't get it to work because of poor internet service. Finally they warned us of not having enough hot water for more than two showers at a time. Finally, there was a pile of sheets in the closet, we assume they were dirty since they were not folded. I think I deserve a partial refund for such a poor quality establishment!

Vacasa Terrible Management

The place was roomy and great amenities. A little stuffy and didn't seem very clean. One room had dirty sheets had to call to have them bring fresh ones. We left a pair of tennis shoes in the downstairs master bedroom underneath the night stand. Called one hour after we left to notify them. The person I spoke to said that they would call us when they found them and let us know where we could pick them up. Never received a call. I called today to inquire as i didnt have any communication from vacasa as promised. I spoke to Jonathan he checked and said they could not find them. He asked me to give him an exact location so they can look again. I shared with him that no one called me to notify me. We knew exactly where we left them. I asked him when I could expect a call back.He said he wasn't sure. I asked him if it would be 24 hours or 48, to please give me an estimate. He said he said he couldn't as that would give me unrealistic expectations. I shared with him.That was very bad customer service and that I would insure to report it. It is very sad that something can be lost that quickly, or such dishonesty. I would never use any facility that uses vacasa again.

Amazing location!

Big property with an amazing location! One shower door was broken and the master bathtub struggled to drain. Enjoyed the stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Cabin with Excellent location

My family loved staying at this cabin. you can't beat the location and views of the mountain. great space for our kids in the bunk bed room, fully stocked kitchen, fast internet, streaming apps, cable, etc. ski locker at cabin and at the Canyon Lodge were great.

Great Location!

We had a great stay here! It was as close to Canyon Lodge as you could get - you can even see the slopes from the window! Only downside is that you can hear the snowplows at 2am plowing the parking lot, but that's how you know you're in a ski in/ski out location. Would definitely come back again!

Not for seniors

The condo was beautiful. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We are seniors and getting our luggage and food to the condo was a real struggle. We arrived at night, the porch light was very dim which made it difficult to see the key pad, and the entry coe was too long. It took us 15 minutes to gain access. I had to stop and rest my knees twice on the way up the stairs. The bedroom we used on the main floor had a shower that needed maintenance. The glass doors were very difficult to close, I think the track was worn out. The shower was in a bath tub that was slippery with no grab handles anywhere. The shower head was at my shoulder height making it difficult to shower. This condo is not for seniors.

This is a beautiful property but not for seniors. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Very difficult for us to get our luggage and food with ice chest up there.

Warm and cozy, great location

The condo was so welcoming and felt like home from the start. Well stocked and very clear instruction on how to operate the heating/appliances. There were fans provided as well!!! Huge + Overall it was a really great stay, and the locations and views were perfect!

Location - Wow

This place is literally across the street from Canyon Lodge. It must be the closest condo. Easy parking. The condo itself has a lot of windows making it bright when shades are drawn, but also has a rustic cabin vibe. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of heaters for winter. Nice TVs. Nice seating. Easy walk to gondola down to village. Fantastic place!

Fantastic Location

The location for skiing is great. All you have to do is walk 20 steps across the street, click in and head to the lifts. The condo was perfect for 6 people. It is so convenient that we would have lunch at the condo each day instead of fighting the crowds at the lodge.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

The location can’t be beat. You are steps away from Canyon Lodge and plenty of open snow area for the kids to play. After the lifts close, you have free reign for sledding and snow play. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. It sleeps 7 very comfortably! It has all of the needed amenities to prepare meals at home - and one thing to note, there is a Keurig coffee maker. Bring your pods if you use them. Convenient underground parking for 2 cars (one in Guest) and easy access to/from the unit. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again in the future!

The perfect location!

This property was perfect for my friends and I. It is located right next to the mountain, making our morning commute to go ski effortless! We loved the large dining table for board games and big dinners. The entire place has beautiful wooden accents and a very cozy, classy feel to it. Having 3 bathrooms was also a big perk, making it much easier for everyone to clean up quickly after a day on the mountain. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back when the pool and hot tub are open post-Covid!
