Lahden etuosa ylellisyyttä odottaa sinua C103: ssa, koska tämä yksikkö aloittaa uuden kauden Adagio 30A: lla !!! Koet hienot näkymät pohjakerroksen omalta terassilta, kun rentoudut Blue Mountain Beachin korkeimmassa pisteessä. Perheesi voi nauttia peleistä nurmikolla vain muutaman askeleen päässä olohuoneestasi kauniilla, hyvin turvatulla viheriöllä, katseleen samalla Meksikonlahtea. Patio on sisustettu ainutlaatuisesti tämän täydellisen sijainnin mielessä!


Vuonna 2017 tämä yksikkö kunnostettiin sisältäpäin. Tavoitteena oli luoda iso asuminen tavanomaisessa condo-tilassa !!! Uudelleen suunniteltu keittiö maksimoi kauniit näkymät ja tarjoaa tunteen loputtomasta asumisesta Meksikonlahdella. Uudet graniittitasot ja täydet taustavälit antavat sävyn kaikille uusille huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuille laitteille, mukaan lukien GE Cafe-kaasuliesi, GE Café-konvektio / perinteinen ruoanlaitto sekä mikroaaltouunissa että suuressa seinäuunissa, ranskalainen ovenjäähdytys, erillinen jääpalakone ja jopa tyylikäs uusi ylikokoinen pesuallas, jossa hiljainen ja hiljainen hävitys ja huipputekniikka Delta-automaattinen vedenhana


Olohuoneessa on erillinen peilattu kuiva baari, uudelleensuunniteltu takkakehys, uudet eklektiset huonekalut, ainutlaatuinen taide ja 65 tuuman seinälle asennettu SMART-televisio. Ruokailutilassa on kaunis tuotu 60 "pyöreä pöytä, johon mahtuu helposti kuusi illalliseen. Katedraalin kattokruunu tarjoaa juuri oikean määrän valoa koko huoneessa. Äskettäin suunniteltu vastakorkeuden niemimaa mahdollistaa ylimääräisen istumatilan illalliselle tai suuren tarjoilutilan buffetille.


C-103: stä löydät jokaisessa vierashuoneessa uuden suunnitellun parkettilattian, ainutlaatuiset päivitetyt kattotuulettimet, 40 tuuman seinälle asennettavat SMART-televisiot, uudet king-size-vuodevaatteet, lisäkaapin säilytyshyllyt ja ikkunahoitoja. Lisäksi makuuhuoneessa on hienoa taidetta, seinälle asennettava 60 tuuman SMART-televisio ja pimennysverhot. Kaikki tämä on uutta vuodelle 2017 täydellisellä kunnostuksella !!!


Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on laaja uusi ulkonäkö, tyylikkäät ja modernit altaanalustat, marmoriset yläosat, tilavat ilmoituspeilit ja parannettu valaistus. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on nyt uusi ylimääräinen syvä 6-jalkainen kylpyamme, joka eliminoi menneisyyden porealtaan !!! Kuka tykkää kylmästä? Jotta 10 vieraan tarpeita voitaisiin tukea suihkulla ja pesulalla, kuuman veden lämmitys päivitettiin suureksi kaupalliseksi nopean palautumisen lämmittimeksi !!! Ei kylmiä suihkut täällä !!!


Luulen, että hyväksyt, tämä yksikkö tarjoaa uusimmat trendit asumisessa tällä pienellä maaseudun moottoritiellä !!!


Adagio on yksinomainen yhteisö Meksikonlahdella Blue Mountain Beachillä, Scenic Highway 30A -kadun varrella. Adagio nauttii 600: n turmeltumattomasta rannan julkisivusta. Se on yksityinen ja porteitettu kompleksi, joka tarjoaa turvallisen ja mukavan ympäristön.


Adagio-hotellissa on kaksi upeaa uima-allasta - 1 700 neliön jalkainen lahden puoleinen uima-allas on lämmitetty, ja sen äärettömästä reunasta on näköala smaragdin rannikon sinisille vihreille vesille. Pääallas on hämmästyttävä 8000 neliöjalkaa, joka on viileä jopa kuumimpana päivänä ja sisältää kolme kerrosta, joissa on suihkulähteitä ja vesiputouksia. Suuresta porealtaasta on näkymä uima-altaalle. Eurooppalainen mukulakivikansi sisältää erilaisia oleskelualueita, kuten tuolit ja ruokapöydät. Kuntokeskus sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lähellä uima-allasta.


Adagion kätevä sijainti mahdollistaa nopean pääsyn naapurimaiden Graytoniin, Seasideen ja WaterColoriin, josta löydät hienoimpia ostos- ja ruokailupaikkoja. Alueella on myös mahtava 17 mailin pyöräily- / vaellusreitti historiallisella rantatiellä 30A. Destin on vain 12 mailin päässä. Tuo polkupyörät tai vuokrata ne täällä ollessasi. Pyöräretki 30A pitkin ylittää joitain maailman upeimmista sisämaan järvistä.

Adagio on yksi parhaiten hoidetuista tiloista koko lahdella. Tämä on erittäin perheystävällinen paikka. Hiljaisia tunteja havaitaan kello 10.00 p. m. Suojattu pääsy turvallisuus- ja huoltohenkilöstölle paikan päällä seitsemän päivää viikossa.

Pysäköinti on rajoitettu tiukasti kahteen ajoneuvoon yksikköä kohti.<

Great condo at beautiful Adagio!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was so beautiful and was just perfect for our family. We had 7 in the condo but could have slept 10. The kitchen gas stove was a dream and updated drawers and pantry made it so easy to access items and cooking was easy. We had one issue with a clogged toilet which was fixed within an hour. The management is great to work with and very professional, caring and considerate. (This is our 4th year!) This bottom floor condo is close to the stairs and has a beautiful green space which was a perfect play area for the grandkids. The large patio has plenty of outside tables and chairs great for outside eating. It’s also an outstanding place to take pictures with the sunset behind you. Inside the large dining table was beautiful and all the furniture throughout the condo was pretty and comfy. Blue mountain Beach has lots to offer and Adagio is top notch in every way! This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Bunk beds were a huge hit with the 3 grand kids under 8. We all hope to return again next year!

Although, I would say the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our check-in. I bring attention to the cleaning done, because I’m comparing it to our prior stay at Adagio at another unit in Sept of 2020, but we had booked that one through VRBO site. Definitely was cleaned more throughly than this unit was. Some of the toilets base had urine around them, and the back patio had not been swept at all. Sand and grass were everywhere, and old cobwebs around the bases of the chairs and patio furnitire. We picked this unit for its location, and it was PERFECT! The parking never was an issue, and the pools were wonderful for our family; especially the grandkids. Would stay in this unit again, but might draw attention immediately to managers upon arrival if the cleanliness was again not up to par with the cost of this unit.

Unmatched Location, But Dated Interior and Mixed Service Quality

Reviewer Comments: We've enjoyed staying at various units at Adagio on numerous occasions, largely drawn in by the allure of the beautiful Blue Mountain Beach area. However, our latest stay over July 4th was a bit of a letdown.The location remains unbeatable with its stunning views, and it's worth mentioning that this particular feature never fails to impress. Yet, despite the prime location, the interior of our recent unit left much to be desired. The decor felt dated, with worn-out furniture and old, dirty rugs that suggested a desperate need for refurbishment. Unlike other units we've enjoyed at Adagio, this one lacked the charming ambiance that would make it feel welcoming and homely.On the cleanliness front, we were disappointed as well. We discovered dirty sheets on two beds upon arrival, a detail that didn't escape us until it was time for bed. However, credit must be given where it's due - the Adagio staff swiftly addressed this issue, even though it was already 11 pm. Their responsiveness was much appreciated.Among the Adagio staff, we found a mixed bag of personalities. Susan was outstanding with her services - undoubtedly one of the best. However, Stephanie was less than accommodating. Her confrontational demeanor during our interactions proved quite unsettling.Despite this less-than-perfect experience, our love for the Blue Mountain Beach area and the general comfort Adagio provides mean that we will be returning. Yet, we hope that our next trip will be a better value for the money, and we hope Adagio takes note of our feedback for this unit.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to the 30 – a area, we actually had a different condo booked in Seagrove, which was the perfect distance from the fun busy downtown, Seaside, but at the last minute found this condo for almost $2000 less. Booking adagio was an excellent choice even though it wasn’t as private as the condo in Seagrove, the amenities more than made up for that. Despite being a little further from downtown Seaside, it was still an easy bike ride into town, and seaside is being more and more overrun with millions of teenagers on bikes, so it was nice to be able to visit for a few hours to shop, but not stay in that area... The condo had super tall ceilings, beautiful views, comfortable beds, and furniture, fully stocked kitchen and an incredible patio. The front desk and maintenance team were friendly and responsive, and the pools/ gym were clean. If you choose to rent here, make sure you try the blue maple restaurant across the street, and the blue Mountain bakery, and the cute little grocery store right next to it... All three are walking distance, and I wish I would’ve discovered them earlier in my stay.

The heated pool is a nice way to end the day at the beach. This location has less traffic so you can get in and out easily.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleaning was not finished until 6:00 PM on the day we checked in so we could not get in the unit until that time. I feel this is unacceptable since we pay for that day then have to check out by 10:00 AM. Those two days are lost. Also, the price has increased $3,000 in the last few years. Other than that, it was a good stay. We have been going for years.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Adagio and staying in this unit right on the beach was wonderful! We had plenty of room for all our guests. The only thing I would complain about is the knobs on the gas stove seemed to possibly be pointed in the wrong direction and then the kitchen sink's faucet was very difficult to work. It is a touch free faucet, that took us a while to figure out. Overall, we love Adagio and it's amenities and will definitely be back.

Great week on 30A, not sure we’ll pay for the lawn ocean front.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start with we frequent the Adagio Condos every year in September. We stay a full week and our family has the best time. This year we upgraded to an ocean front, lawn, ground level condo. We were excited to have the lawn for the kids to run around on and play. On our third day the lawn was sprayed with chemicals and we were told to stay off the lawn for a few hours, then the lawn turned burned and crunchy as the grass died. And I was not about to let my child run around on the chemically sprayed area. (Regret 1)Our washer, an amenity we also pay for, never worked. We made several calls and it was never fixed. A maintenance staff did look at it, and we were told they would have to order a part. Again never fixed. For the 4K we paid could have bought several washers to replace the broken one, so not sure what the real issue was other than poor management of the issue. The staff did offer to take our laundry and launder it for us, but nobody wants someone else doing their laundry. All eight of us had to bring a week’s worth of laundry home to wash. (Regret 2)The dishwasher didn’t work, we ran it a couple times and the dishes came out dirty every time. We spent hours hand washing dishes during our stay, so we would have clean plates and cookware to eat off of and cook with. (Regret 3)Again, we love the Adagio, we stay every year and have never had any issues like this. I’m not sure why when we double the cost of staying for an upgraded condo that we would have any issues, but we did. I would appreciate someone to contact me to discuss these issues we encountered during our stay. The ball was dropped and it’s unfortunate on our behalf. I would recommend the Adagio to friends and have. Actually several of our friends and family now frequent there too. I can’t say I’d recommend paying an upgraded price due to the conditions we encountered.

Beachfront Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental property! We loved our time here. Beach front, updated condo, perfect bedding for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Maintenance was super quick to respond to a few tiny needs. 4/5 stars for cleanliness as the floors could use a deep cleaning. Would definitely return!
