Rantahotelli, yksi tärkeimmistä Calpessa, La Fosassa. Suora lähtö rantakadulle. Ranta 5 metrin päässä. Suuri terassi, jolta on upeat merinäkymät. Yhteisön uima-allas 2 huonetta ja kapasiteetti 6 hengelle. Ensimmäinen parivuode 2 hengelle, sisäänrakennettu vaatekaappi. Toinen kahdella sängyllä ja kaappilla ja kolmas, olo / ruokailuhuone, vuodesohva kahdelle standardikokoista ihmistä. Kaikki palvelut muutaman metrin päässä (supermarket, apteekki, ravintolat ...) keittiö, jossa uuni, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin jne. ... 40 "TV espanjalaisilla kanavilla ja ASTRA 19º TNT SAT, WIFFI-yksityinen yhteys, PYSÄKÖINTI, lämmitys 1 sähkölämmitin huoneessa 2500W. Peñon D`Ifachin luonnonpuisto 400 metrin päässä ja Les Salines 300 metrin päässä, poikkeuksellinen paikka lintujen tarkkailuun. Sen erityinen sijainti tekee siitä erityisen lapsiperheille tai pariskunnille, jotka haluavat nauttia rannasta ja sen toiminnasta koko päivän.
Huoneisto 15 km Benidormista (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura ...) ja 40 km Altetin lentokentältä (Alicante).

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed. The large bowl of fruit was a lovely welcome. Excellent view and and location for both the beach, Ifach and la salina.

Owner: Responsive, accommodating, above & beyond Location: Exactly as advertised- directly on the beach - easy access to restaurants & groceriesMy husband & I stayed for a week over our anniversary. Flew into Valencia, rented a car and had an easy drive down to the beach. The owner was waiting for our arrival & directed us smoothly to the parking garage. We couldn’t have asked for more - everything was perfect from start to finish!

From start to finish Gabriel made our stay perfect. Having a parking space in a private garage was an added bonus but the views from the balcony were just breathtaking! To be able to wake up every morning and watch the sunrise over the sea was heaven. The apartment was perfectly situated and had everything you could ever want for. An absolutely amazing stay will definitely be back again and Gabriel was a fabulous host even when we locked ourselves out and forgot the keys, the situation was resolved within minutes. Great stay in Calpe

we had a lovely time in Calpe. The apartment was spotless and our host Gabriel was very kind and helpful. The location could not be better as the apartment is just steps from the beach, and has a fabulous sea view. We would highly recommend this great apartment. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and lots to do in the area. The parking space is a big bonus too. Many thanks Gabriel.

Fabulous beach front apartment

Super clean on arrival, the host Gabriel is so accommodating and fair. The flat is as close to the sea as you can get. Probably only 10 feet away. Its so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super comfy beds. This apartment really is incredible. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.

Sunny Stay in Calpe

We had a lovely time in this well located and well equipped apartment. The bed was very comfy and we generally slept well. The only downside was that you can hear some noise from other properties. Whilst this was no problem during the day, on a couple of nights this did disturb our sleep. The view to the sea and Ifach rock is stunning. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We loved our stay. Thanks Gabriel

Perfect location in La Fossa beach

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, Las Salinas but most importantly right in front of the beach! We could listen to the sound of the waves in the apartment and enjoy the beautiful sunrise every day! The apartment was clean and the pictures shown were spot- on. Gabriel was great and punctual when checking us in and the last day when we left, even when we requested a very early departure. We appreciated his kind gestures of fruit on the table, wine and snacks. We will most definitely consider this rental for a future trip to Calpe!

Great host, great location

We marked all items 5/5 as they genuinely were. The apartment couldn't be in a better position, looking out over the beach and literally less than 5 mins from the sea. It's also very close to our favourite bars and restaurants. It's a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment too. Gabriel couldn't have been more helpful and efficient, responding to all our messages pre- and during stay very promptly and normally within minutes! The sea is 5 mins, the pool 3 mins, the supermarket 4 mins, the row of fish restaurants 10 mins, and a fantastic snorkelling beach 10 mins too (tip: don't book a snorkelling trip - there's lots of fish just off the beach). We'll certainly be back.

Fabulous Little Gem

We are just home from a lovely stay in Gabriel's apartment. Everything went smoothly. Gabriel always responded quickly to any queries we had, up to and during the visit. He personally met us at the apartment on our arrival and was in constant communications with us from the time we landed. The location of the apartment is perfect, just a few short steps to the beach and the Promenade. We were greeted at the apartment with a bottle of wine and some welcome items such as water, fruit etc. This was a very nice touch. We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

Lovely apartment in amazing location

This is a really lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, hot and powerful shower, a kitchen with everything. Also lots of extras such as salt, herbs, washing up liquid, hand wash, washing powder, plastic bags, even cling film. And wow what a fantastic location, directly in front of the gorgeous beach. So nice to sit on the balcony watching the world go by. Right on the front so you have loads of great restaurants and bars a few steps away. You can hire sun loungers on the beach for 18 Euros a day. The pool is round the back and is a good size, never busy really. Gabriel is so lovely, amazing communication and met us on arrival. Also left fresh fruit, water, juice, wine for us, very thoughtful. Our first time in Calpe, will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gabriel’s lovely apartment.

A lovely apartment with great views

Our host was very helpful on arrival walked us around the apartment and the first thing that catches your eye is the view it to die for absolutely fantastic tha apartment had every thing you needed nice clean and fresh looking lovely place to stay would recommend it to anyone you have the beach right in front of you and all shops restaurants on either side of you you did not have far to go for anything. But there is one let down the weather was so hot the apartment had ceiling fans in bedroom and one free standing in the main lounge Area but it never cool us down at all needs AIR CONDITIONING and the holiday would of been perfect thank you Gabriel you were really helpful a really good host

Hi Wendy!! thank you very much for your comment, we are glad that you liked the apartment and especially the area where it is, THANK YOU, correct for now we do not have air conditioning, we realized when you left the apartment that you pressed a button on the remote control and you had in the room the ceiling fan in winter mode means that the air instead of blowing towards you towards the ceiling, so it was possibly hot, however possibly in the future air conditioning will be installed, thank you for your comment so keep improving, THANK YOU AGAIN Wendy, you are nice people, greetings to the 4!

Je suis très heureux que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour, ce fut un plaisir de vous recevoir dans l'appartement et merci beaucoup pour votre cordialité et votre gentillesse. Concernant l'urgence, je prendrai en compte la mise en place de vaisselle supplémentaire, et pour le lave-vaisselle en raison de la capacité de la cuisine nous ne l'avons pas mais nous essaierons de couvrir ce supplément à l'avenir.

Ein spontaner Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die kompakte Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Unser Flugzeug kam spät am Abend, trotzdem klappte die Schlüsselübergabe pünktlich bei Ankunft an der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sogar unser Mietwagen fand einen Parkplatz auf dem geschlossenen/geschützten Gelände. Im Kühlschrank warteten ein paar Erfrischungsgetränke, Saft und eine Flasche Wein auf uns. Auf dem Esstisch wurden Orangen, Äpfel und Bananen bereitgestellt. Tagsüber steht die lange Promenade mit vielen Angeboten zur Verfügung. In ein-minütiger Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit reichhaltiger Auswahl an Produkten und Getränken. Ein großer Supermarkt ist 15 Gehminuten oder 4 Fahrminuten entfernt. Somit hat man hier eine große Auswahl für jedermann. Vielen Dank für so ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt Gabriel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der nicht nur einen Willkommensgruss in Form einer Obstschale und einer Flasche Wein sowie Getränken bereithielt, sondern uns auch half, das Gepäck in die Wohnung zu schaffen und für die Abreise sogar ein Gepäckwägelchen mitbrachte. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man das Gepäck relativ weit tragen muss. Aber der Lift im Haus erleichtert dies sowie natürlich die Mithilfe des Gastgebers.

Emplacement en front de mer, rien ne gâche la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse. Passeo et plage juste devant l'immeuble.Possibilité de faire ses courses à pieds, 2 supermarchés à 500m.
