Molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet - Ocean ja Bay LBI: ssa!

Täysin sijaitsee vain kuusi taloa lahdesta ja kahdeksan taloa merestä! Vedenäkymät molempiin suuntiin ja helppo pääsy molempiin suuntiin. Voit valita monista eri toiminnoista.

Tämä on koko toinen kerros kaksikerroksinen talo, jossa on kaunis katto kannella yläpuolella, ja toinen takakansi pois keittiöstä. Molemmat kannet ovat yksityisiä tälle laitteelle. Talo sijaitsee hyvällä asuinkadulla, hyvin vähän ajoneuvoliikennettä, ja kadun päässä on pieni julkinen puisto, jossa on 700 "pitkä hiekka pitkin lahti, lasten leikkipaikka, tenniskenttä ja koripallokenttä. Toisessa päässä on kaunis valtameri, josta LBI tunnetaan. Kävele lasten kanssa lahdelle tai merelle, pyöräile naapurustoa pitkin, leikkiä rantapuistossa tai tutustu läheiseen Beach Havenin keskustaan.

Tämä on päivitetty yksikkö, jossa on uusi keskusyksikkö, uudet kalusteet, kaapeli-tv sekä Netflix ja Pandora sekä nopea langaton internetyhteys. Keittiön takakannella on joustavat pöytäistuimet ja kaasugrilli, joka sopii kahville ja aterioille ulkona. Sinulla on varjossa päivän aikana taukoa auringosta.

Sitten illalla päätä suuren katon kannelle nauttimaan upeista auringonlaskuista veden äärellä! Kattoterassi on täysin kalustettu suurella ruokapöydällä ja erillisellä keskustelukalusteella illalliselle ja rentoutumiseen pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla.

On olemassa kaksi rannalla risteilyt polkupyörää käytettävissäsi loman aikana. Paljon ihmisiä aloittaa päivän LBI: n kanssa rauhallisella pyöräilyllä, juoksemalla tai kävelemällä ylös ja alas pääbulevardilla. Ja koska tämä on saaren eteläisin osa (alle puolen kilometrin päässä ja luonnonsuojelualueesta), aamuisin ajoneuvoliikenne on kevyt ja siellä on enemmän jalankulkijoita ja pyöräilijöitä.

Tässä yksikössä on oma ulkosuihku pohjakerroksessa ja neljä off-street-pysäköintipaikkaa.

Koti sijaitsee vain 2 kilometrin päässä keskustasta Haven, kuten Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Thundering Surf, useita mini-golfkenttiä, jäätelöä yllin kyllin, ja monet parhaat ravintolat ja baarit saarella.

Host was very responsive and kind. The house was perfect, we had small children running around and there was not much for them to get into and the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room made it easy and enjoyable for everyone to be close. We had rainy weather so we weren’t able to use the roof top deck, but it looked amazing and had a great view of the bay and the ocean. We would definitely rent again!

Close to the Beach

Great overall stay. We had a small hiccup getting into the property but the owner was very quick responding to us so we could get in. The house is very close to the beach and the walk was not bad, even with an 8 month old. The house is a bit far from the restaurants and shops, but as a result it is nice and quiet. The house is well maintained and spacious enough for 5 adults and an infant. We had a great time and hopefully will be back one day!

Wonderful family escape!

Clean, updated home with stunning views from roof top balcony. A five minute walk to the beach, max. Mike, the host, is incredibly responsive and goes out of his way to ensure you have a terrific stay. Highly recommended- a serene escape!!

Friends Weekend get-a-way

Stayed Thursday thru Sunday, off season. Apartment was very nice. Our weather wasn't the best so we couldn't use the upper deck that came with it, which was an great spot! Had a great time with friends.

Great time and location

The place was clean and neat, had great amenities, plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon, bikes etc. nice out side siting area and also a great roof deck. Middle of the block a few houses from the bay which had a small playground for our granddaughter. The beach was a block away. Deli down the street snd 7-10 minute drive to shops and restaurants!

Party of 5

We ended up being a party of 5 adults plus a toddler. The 5th adult (also taking up the 3rd BR instead of the baby having her own room) and the so so weather made the house a little tight/close. However, the home was clean, the supplies & cookware, the bikes & beach chairs, towels and sheets being provided were all very much appreciated and extensive. Mike and Molly truly thought of everything to make you feel at home.

Excellent last minute Fall stay

We booked this rental very last minute in the Fall when we saw the weather was going to be beautiful, and the owner couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed. Loved the quiet location. Excellent stay and excellent communication. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Incredible location with abundant private outdoor space!

The location of this home is incredible! Located on the quiet south end of Long Beach Island, we were a block from the ocean, a block from the bay, and a short bike ride or drive to the amusement parks, restaurants, and stores of central Beach Haven. Our beach was lifeguarded but uncrowded, and the teens had their beach right there to walk out to where they could drop their surfboards in the water and catch a wave. Sunsets were glorious on the bay just up the block. The house is as advertised, with even better outdoor spaces than can be appreciated from the photos. A lovely balcony was our setting for breakfasts, grilling, and just sitting in the shade. The large rooftop deck with a dining and sitting area was the center of family and friend time from dinnertime on. Outdoor shower was perfect. The house is very comfortable - the beds are great and we all slept like bears. Couches are great. Everything was fresh and clean. The kitchen has all the basics we needed to cook our meals at home. It's a homey, cozy and wonderful base for a seaside trip. Keep in mind the unit is on the second story of a two-family home. The owner of the downstairs unit is delightful and was patient with our teens who clearly made too much noise walking above her bedroom late the first night. Once we realized the sound carried through the floor, the teens were quiet and thoughtful. If you have a gaggle of kids you'll need to settle them down in the evenings. No biggie for most of us.

Great vacation close to all amenities

We had a great holiday in LBI. This place is close to all amenities. Restaurants, beach, tennis and basketball courts, bike paths to name a few of our favorites things to do during our stay. This place is awesome!

Wonderful!

We had a great time in LBI. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything you could need including kitchen items, paper products & laundry detergent. The couches were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. There were also beach chairs, bicycles that were ready to ride and kites to fly on the beach. Beautiful sunsets on the bay at the end of the street and a short walk to the beach. Mike was very responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely return.

Everything You Need

This rental is in a great location near the southern end of the island. It's just a short drive to a local market and restaurants. We like to cook and the kitchen was equipped with just about everything you could need, including lots of staples. Loved the Myers cleaning products. The beds were very comfortable! And it was wonderful having a TV in the Master as well as the larger TV in the living room. There were a lot of viewing options including access to local channels to check the weather. The upper deck area is awesome, but could be an issue getting up there for people with mobility issues or small children. The shed out back had all we needed for the beach-lots of chairs and an interesting "umbrella" that we used every day.

Summer send off in Holgate

We really enjoyed our stay in Holgate - just a bit out of the hustle and bustle of Beach Haven but close enough to bike or take a quick drive to get to shops, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. Our two small children (almost 2 and 4 1/2) loved the beach, which was a short wagon ride away. It was a huge relief not to have to haul our own beach equipment with us on this trip! The owners provide everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach, including a big selection of beach toys and games. Thank you Mike and Molly for a great place!

Great Spot!

The house was great and well located only a short block or two from the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and the house itself was stocked with kitchen/washer dryer related needs. Our group really loved the top deck to be able to see the sunset and the moon at night. There was a good collection of beach needs (chairs, boogie boards, games etc) in the shed along with spray for the greenheads (bugs). Would highly recommend!

LBI Family Vacation

Mike's rental property is even better than advertised. Amazing location to beach/bay with park. Quite neighborhood with great neighbors. Rooftop deck offers outstanding sunset views and you can see both the ocean and bay. The home is extremely clean and everything is well thought of. Everything you can think of is offered with the property. Leave the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and wagon at home as these are all provided and of good quality. My family of four had an easy time lugging all of our beach accessories the short distance and had an amazing week at Mike's property.

Great property, full of amenities

This beach house lived up to every expectation, and more. Clean, plenty of room for the 5 adults in my family, quiet neighborhood, great location between beach and bay, and so many amenities and conveniences, which just made our stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing. We are looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time in this very well-appointed beach home. Everything that you could need was available in the home. Very clean and the roof top deck was amazing! We purchased this property in late 2017 and are thrilled to be able to share it with other families going forward. The home was already in amazing condition from the prior owners (including new central A/C and heat, new deck, roof, etc), and we are continuing to make additional improvements both inside and out, and add amenities to make it the best possible stay for our guests.

We are not new to managing, we own other rental units outside of LBI, and are really excited about this location. We use this home as well so have extra incentive to make it the best possible place to stay.

Long Beach Island is an incredible family destination! We've been coming to it all our lives, and it remains the same family-friendly beach escape that I remember as a kid. Even if you don't rent here, give LBI a try, you will not regret it!

The property is so uniquely situated close to beach and bay, with an extensive but little-known public park on the bay at the end of the street. Our two young kids really enjoy the beach, but they "love" the bay. Very calm waters, a playground, and tennis and basketball court as well. Easy to launch your kayak or paddleboard. The street is quiet and easy to ride bikes on, or take a longer bike ride down the island. And it's very close to the heart of Beach Haven with lots of activities and restaurants.
