STAY NISSI Chrysland Studios is a charming collection of three private studios located within the same complex.
On the ground floor, you will find Studio 110, featuring direct access to a spacious patio and a lovely garden, and Studio 111, which also opens onto a large private patio.
On the first floor, Studio 215 – Penthouse offers breathtaking direct sea views of the famous Nissi Beach.

Have an unforgettable time and enjoy first-class hospitality in this lovely studio , located in one of the quietest areas of Ayia Napa. The property is within walking distance of supermarkets, and restaurants, but also one of the most legendary beaches in Cyprus.
As you enter this serene first floor apartment, you’re welcomed by a sense of space and calm. The open-plan layout leads you through a cozy dining area where you can enjoy a sea view while seating and a compact yet well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing light meals during your stay, the washing machine provides added convenience throughout your stay.
Natural light fills the space, drawing you into the sleeping area, where a luxurious king-size bed and one single bed invites you to unwind in comfort. Set in a quiet corner location with no adjoining neighbors, this apartment offers complete tranquility. Unwind with your preferred entertainment on the Smart Block TV.

This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair
• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.
FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.
FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
