Buddy and Hollyn kattohuoneisto suunniteltiin antamaan suuremmille perheille tai pienille ryhmille paras kokemus, jota South Haven tarjoaa. MeidÀn huoneisto on osa North Shore Condominiums, joka on erinomaisella paikalla South Haven rantoja, puistoja ja festivaaleja. Great week at the beach!

This is a very updated, well equipped, adorable little two bedroom condo right on the beach. The beach was private, so not crowded at all. There is storage under the deck for beach stuff which was extremely convenient. The pool was heated and perfect for us on days that the lake was cooler. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning, and wine on the patio again each night watching the sunsets. We made use of the barbecue facilities a couple of times, but generally just walked the short walk to town for meals. Our 5 and 7 year old grandchildren loved the sleeping cubbies! 6 of us stayed here, and 2 of us stayed down the hall and we were all able to fit around the table for meals and games. This was the perfect get away for our family! Only possible downside for others to consider is that this is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Lots of stairs, but for us, that helped to justify an additional onion ring or two at Clementine’s!

Perfect location and layout

We loved our week at Buddy and Holly’s Penthouse. The condo was perfect for our large family and friends with sleeping space for 8 and a huge dining table and couch. It was the perfect blend of large common spaces for everyone to eat and play games and nice bedrooms to have some space to get away! The condo also included everything we needed to cook dinner each night. But, the best part is the view. The large windows looking out over the lake are just beautiful. The property also has a wonderful community pool, deck space, and beach. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning again!

Great Location in South Haven!

Great property right on the beach and with a pool. Short walk or drive (we had small kids with us so the walk was a little too much for them) to downtown. Lots of good restaurants and shops. Coffee shop nearby open part of the week. Condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us and had everything we needed!

End of summer getaway

Fully enjoyed this lovely condo, where all our comfort needs were met. Just steps away from a relaxing beach, a clean, heated, association pool and downtown South Haven shops and dining within walking distance, made for a great end of summer getaway. Kathleen was excellent to work with and responded quickly to a few questions we had during our stay. Would love to return in the future.

Property located walkable to town. Beach and pool great. Third floor. No elevator. Good, fun restaurants, boats and other water equipment nearby. Easy drive to grocery and delicious fruit/veggie markets.

Peaceful

My wife and I loved the condo. Working with Kathleen was seamless. She even brought us a coffee maker! The kids ages 14 and 17 loved the bunk beds. The condo was modern and well decorated. The salt water pool is amazing! The walk to the beach was steps away! Enjoyed every moment and am already planning a visit next year.

Fun in the sun

Great use of space. Very well equipped. Great location. The only reason it didn't rate a 5 in all categories is the fact that our unit was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator and the laundry room was on the lowest level.

Nice get-away

This condo had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation. The location is great - on the beach but just a short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. We especially loved the views of Lake MI and the sunsets.

Relaxing getaway

With the pandemic we thought hard about how to take any sort of family vacation this year. We decided that a condo with kitchen on a private beach would work. It was a very relaxing week. As many restaurants were not doing carry out I was thankful to have the full kitchen. The condo is beautiful and you cannot bear the location!

Great Location in South Haven

We loved this property! Great views of the lake and a private beach, which was KEY for having to vacation during COVID pandemic. Easy to social distance. Pool was great too. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

The best!!!!

We had the best time in this gorgeous condo! The view is amazing and you can’t beat the convenience of having the pool and beach just steps away! The unit was well stocked, we had plenty of room, and Kathleen was very helpful when we had questions. We can’t wait to return!!

Great Condo on South Haven Beach

This was a very nice condo on the beach with a beautiful pool. The condo was well stocked with the items needed for a home away from home. Kathleen was very helpful and welcoming during the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay in South Haven!

Our stay here was perfect! 3rd floor view gave us amazing sunsets to watch every night and our kids loved every second they were here. They is something to be said about having the private beach as well as you can see how chaotic the public beaches can get by looking to your left and right. Condo was very clean and all the amenities you will need to enjoy your mornings to evenings.

We are Kathleen, Debbie, Buddy, and Holly. We own and manage our condos in South Haven. We have a great time working together and really enjoy hearing about wonderful vacations experienced by our guests.

When we first came to South Haven many years ago, it became our place of refuge from demanding work and family commitments. It's a world away from home even if home is just a few hours away. We found that the people of South Haven were warm and welcoming like the neighborhoods we grew up in as kids. It's a place you'll want to come back to time and time again. We wanted others to share in the "South Heaven" experience. Thanks for the opportunity to introduce South Haven and we hope you make it a part of your family's story.

Having purchased a few other condos in South Haven, the Property came up for sale. Since we had just retired it would make a fun project. Our contractors did most of the work but a ton of upgrades were needed to make this condo one of the best in the area. The views are just stunning. We own one other condo downstairs and have gotten to know most of our neighbors. We all take a lot of pride in our homes here and welcome families who love spending time together.
