Tämä ylellinen ja tilava 2150 neliömetrin rivitalotalo sijaitsee Bear Hollow Villagessa maailmankuulussa Park Cityssä, Utahissa. Se on sekä kaunis että hyvällä paikalla. Meillä oli aiemmin pienempi huoneisto Bear Hollowissa, mutta piti alueesta niin paljon, että osimme suuremman kaupunkitalon samasta kompleksista. Suurin osa alla olevista arvosteluista viittaa huoneistoon, jonka olen vuokrannut vieraille vuodesta 2008. Kaupunkitalo on loppuyksikkö Bear Hollow Villagessa, joka sijaitsee lähellä kanjoneita, Deer Valleyä ja Park Cityn hiihtokeskuksia. Sen sijainti antaa sille paremman näkymän kuin monet kompleksin rivitaloista. Kaupunkitalo sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä hiihtoa, lumilautailua, golfia, ostosmahdollisuuksia, tennistä, ruokakauppoja, pyöräilyä, vetoketjuja ja minigolfia. Tien toisella puolella on Redstone-ostoskeskus, jossa on elokuvateatteri ja laaja valikoima erinomaisia ravintoloita ja kauppoja, mukaan lukien Whole Foods -kauppa. Bear Hollow Villagen sisäänkäynnillä on BUS-PYSÄYTYS, jotta pääsee helposti Park Cityn ilmaiseen linja-autojärjestelmään. Kaupunkitalossa on myös suljettu autotalli pitämään lumi pois autostasi.

Kaupunkitalossa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 1/2 kylpyhuonetta. Se on täysin kalustettu ja varustettu tekemään vierailustasi mukava ja ylellinen. Kaupunkitalo on loistavalla paikalla, koska se on päätyyksikkö ja toisin kuin toisaalta Bear Hollowin kaupunkitaloista on näkymät kannelta. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, vaatehuone ja oma kylpyamme ja suihku. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Nämä 2 makuuhuonetta jakavat kylpyhuoneen. Alakerran 4. makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma taulutelevisio. Televisio on kaapelijärjestelmä, jossa on yli 200 kanavaa, mukaan lukien HBO, ja DVR televisioon olohuoneessa. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on myös Xbox pitää lapset viihdyttävänä.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja kaunis, graniittiset, leppäpuukaapit ja GE ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Täysikokoinen pesin ja kuivain sijaitsevat kaupunkitalossa. Kaupunkitalossa on myös keskuslämmitys ja ilmastointi yläkerran oleskelutilalle sekä kaasutakka.

Kaupunkitalon mukavuudet ovat erinomaiset Sealy-asennonhoitopehmusteilla, 450 kierrelaskulla, turkkilaisilla spa-pyyhkeillä ja Danskin ruokailuvälineillä. Olohuoneessa on nahkasohva ja rakkausistuin, jossa on suuria ottomaania ojentaakseen. Mitään yksityiskohtia ei ole unohdettu rentouttavan ja ylellisen oleskelun takaamiseksi.

Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaupunkitalosta ovat uima-allas (vain kesällä) ja iso Porekylpylä (ympäri vuoden) rentoutumiseesi kovan hiihto-, ostos- tai ostospäivän jälkeen tai minne tahansa päivä on vienyt. Kaupunkitalon kannella on kuitenkin myös oma kuuma kylpytynnyri sekä kaasugrilli. Avuksesi on 3000 neliöjalkaa klubitaloa, jossa on hyvin varustettu kuntokeskus, ilmaiset tietokoneet, pukuhuoneet ja oleskelutila käyttövalmiiksi.

Viihdytystäsi varten olohuoneessa on DVD-soitin, 47-tuumainen FLAT SCREEN TV ja äänijärjestelmä, joka tukee ja telakoi iPodien kanssa.

Great house

Our two families were super comfortable in the house. It was very convenient to the ski slopes, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was really nice.

Great Stay!

Overall we had a fantastic stay here. The owner was great at communicating and very helpful with any questions. The house was clean, the check in process was easy and the directions to the property were clear. The hot tub is in a great location in the house to make it easy to use, which was awesome. This is a great place to spend your vacation! However, there were a couple of things I wish we had known ahead of time. The downstairs bedroom does not have its own door. My parents were down there and so they did not really have any privacy. You have to pass by that room to go to the garage. Probably a great room for kids, not for adults. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. The kids are young so needed to stay upstairs with parents. There are only 2 parking spaces available. One is in the garage and one in the driveway directly behind it. I know this neighborhood pretty well and have stayed there multiple times on other trips. I picked this unit because it has a covered area of the driveway. However, we had 3 rental cars, so we ended up having to park 1 on the street and would need to clean it off when it snowed at night. Not the end of the world but just wish we had known in advance. Again, overall it was a great stay and the owner was awesome to work with. You should definitely consider staying here if you don't mind any of the above!

Bear Hollow House

Excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants. And only 15 minutes to Park City. We had 8 in our party and slept all comfortably.

This property was as advertised, clean, well stocked and communication with the homeowner was excellent. The location is great, minutes from the canyons ski village. We especially enjoyed the living/dining area as it provided a large area to congregate. Zero complaints, we would rent again.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful home in a great location for access to the ski hills and getting out to Salt Lake City and the Olympic Park! Owner's communication was great and very helpful with reminders and instructions about the property. Large dining table was great for eating meals together. We would stay here again in the future!

Great Ski Vacation

The house has all the amenities you would expect with a well stocked kitchen. Steve is very communicative and accommodating to change requests. The personal hot tub is very convenient and clean. The gas fireplace is great after a day of skiing. The property is about 1 mile to the Canyon base area. You can take a shuttle there or Park City. Just remember you need to take "Spiro 101 Outbound" to return to property.

The kitchen has it all.

We stayed at Bear Hollow as a group of eight 30 somethings. The location was good, a quick drive to the Canyons and a bit more to PC. There were two outstanding things about this rental. First, it is actually managed by the owner. This was very evident by the attention to details. Steve was always overly accommodating about check in/check out and very responsive to questions. Another perk was that this rental had less management/cleaning fees than other comparable units. Second, the kitchen was very well appointed. Our group enjoys cooking. Pans were good, knives were actually sharp, with a sharpener available. Small important things like a coffee grinder, juicer, Tupperware, crockpot, several graters, ramekins etc were all there. Other notes, the floor plan is super open, making it great for groups. There are now ample hot tub towels, in case you are reading through old reviews.

Overall a Great place

Overall the home was great. Lots of room and just about everything needed to be comfortable. We could have used more towels. Views were not the best but a good location to access everything around. Would definitely recommend this place to large groups. Steve was great to work with and was always very helpful.

Great Location

Spacious property with great location only 35 minutes from Salt Lake International airport. Just off the exit to Park City and very close to shopping and restaurants in Redstone area. 15 minute drive to Park City and Deer Valley and easy to jump back on the highway and drive to Alta and Snowbird. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beds for seven people. Bathrooms had more than enough towels and having three full baths was plus to get everyone ready in the morning. Our family especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after skiing. Only item I would mention is that the downstairs bedroom does not have a door, so not private, but all and all a great property. Steve the owner was easy to work with and kept me well informed throughout the process as well as during our stay.

Warm, welcoming and great communication

We were forced to reschedule our HomeAway rental two weeks before our stay because another property canceled on us. Steve was incredibly helpful, communicated quickly even though he was out of the country. We enjoyed the location of the home and all the amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked, the hot tub delightful and the furnishings were comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioning upstairs and Steve found someone to take care of the problem in one day, again even though he was on vacation out of the country. We could not have asked for better care. Thank you, Steve.

Very nice size town home near ski areas.

This was our families 2nd time in Park City and what we loved about staying here is the town home Is very close to the ski areas, restaurants, grocery stores and Starbucks. It is a short distance to the tubing park which the kids loved. The town home owner is very nice and caring. He checked in with me several times to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was big enough for 6 adults and two kids. Very Clean, great location to both Canyons and Park City and EXTREMELY convenient to groceries and restaurants. We even got lucky enough to get enough snow for a week's worth of skiing!! We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is to make some modifications to the downstairs bedroom.....maybe an armoire for clothes, instead of the couch. Also, the mechanical room creates a slight cold draft when furnace kicks on........but these are small changes. Overall, great house and hot tub!

Very enjoyable stay. Comfortable condo with everything you need. Steve, the owner, suggested we have a vehicle which was great advice. The property is at the lower end of the SLC valley so it's close to great shopping and restaurants but having a car much better than relying on the free buses. Also just a couple of minutes drive to Canyons ski base for hassle free parking and access to full PC ski area. We had a few noisy neighbours with Martin Luther King and Sundance Film Festival but that doesn't detract from the condo which was everything we expected.

Our stay was fun and exciting

The townhouse was simply amazing. We had no problems finding or getting into the house. It was located in an area that was very accessible to all the amenities that we needed. The house was clean and cozy and had everything that were necessary for an easy vacation. We really appreciated having WiFi and cable to use at nights after being on the slopes all day. There was ample space for everyone in our party. The garage was handy to park our vehicle out of the snow. The snow removal service was handy to keep the driveway and streets of the community drivable.

My family and I have been going to Park City for so long, we finally decided to buy a place there. The location of Bear Hollow Village was ideal because of the proximity to all of Park City's ski areas, as well as Salt lake City.

In the warmer months, you can access the Park City biking/hiking trail system from our complex. You can ride or walk virtually anywhere in town by just walking out the door.
