This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a peaceful setting with lovely views across the golf course and beyond.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with cozy bunk beds, ideal for children. These rooms are serviced by a stylish three-way bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests.
The heart of the home is the modern, well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare meals with ease. Step out onto the inviting outdoor deck, a perfect spot to savour a morning coffee, enjoy a glass of wine, or host a relaxed BBQ as you take in the serene surroundings.
Coastal Retreat is family-friendly and welcomes small non-shedding dogs, although please note that the yard is not fenced and your dog should not be left unattended inside the house at any time. Please let us know if you plan to being your fur baby with you. A $75 pet fee will apply.

*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

access is via locked box. The alarm will be turned off for your arrival and locked box info given to you the day of arrival.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
