The Sunshine Suite attached to the Sunshine House may be occupied by other guests or the owners. You can rest easy knowing that your home is soundproof with no neighbors above or below.

- The Sunshine Suite may be occupied by the owners or other guests. They have their own separate entrance. There are no shared spaces and there is sound proofing between units.

- No smoking or vaping on the property
