Sunbelt Beach House—Key West-Style Pool Home w/ Game Garage, Gulf Glimpses & Walk-to-Beach Access
Brand new private Key West style pool home in Indian Rocks Beach, FL that sleeps 10 guests. The stunning home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, and a living room with wrap-around balconies on both the second and third floors. Get a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico off the 3rd-floor balcony or sunrises over the intercoastal-facing balcony also on the 3rd floor. The ground level also has an outdoor covered sitting area just off the garage. In the air-conditioned garage, there is an assortment of games: pool table, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong.
This home is located within walking distance of several local restaurants and shops. Beach access is a short 1-minute walk located to the South at 2nd Avenue. Beach equipment is included for your convenience with this rental. Board and bike rentals are available for purchase just up the road to your North at The Island Surf Shop.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Ground Floor
Outdoors: Has a beautiful heated pool surrounded by lush landscape. An outdoor covered sitting area and ping pong table, and hot tub just off of the main entrance of the home and garage.
Garage/Sitting Room: The garage has air conditioning and is filled with games such as a foosball table, air hockey, pool table, and tabletop shuffleboard. You will also find plenty of beach amenities including a beach cart, 8 folding chairs for the beach, and an umbrella for your convenience.
Second Floor
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast island with 3 barstools, and open concept leading into the dining room. Other amenities include a standard drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, a handheld mixer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: A 6-top dining table.
Living Room: A cozy living room with a TV, sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and balcony access.
Bedroom #1: Has a Queen-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access, and a connecting door to the guest bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (Guest): Single vanity sink and walk-in shower. No tub.
Third Floor
Bedroom #2: The large master bedroom has a King-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and intercoastal views through the balcony access. The balcony from the master wraps around this floor of the home and has Adirondack chairs to relax on and enjoy the Florida weather and views.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Full bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #3: Has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and balcony access. You can see the Gulf of Mexico from this bedroom window as well as from the balcony.
Bathroom #3: Accessed from the hallway, has a double vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #4: Has two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and balcony access.
Laundry Room: The laundry room with sink is off the hallway making it easily accessible for all bedrooms.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Parking is limited. This property provides 2 parking spaces. There is no guest parking.

It is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub, and VIP Mexican (previously Aqua Prime) You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located close by.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
