3) 5 = MAX # of cars (all cars must be parked in the driveway) - NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.
4) DAY = Noise levels outside must be reasonable outside during the day (LOW music levels on SMALL Bluetooth speakers OK).
NOTE – IF THE OUTSIDE NOISE METER IS FLASHING AND BEEPING THEN THE NOISE LEVELS ARE TOO HIGH

Liability Release - The tenants and tenant's guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and owner's agents against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising form use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
