Springs Renovated Contemporary House with Heated Pool
Enjoy year-round beauty in the bucolic East Hampton village of Springs. This renovated contemporary house features an open living space with dramatic double-height ceilings, chef’s kitchen and sunny dining room. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. Outside, the landscaped backyard features a spacious deck with dining table, lounge seating, and BBQ, and a firepit seating area. The heated pool is available through 9/30. Rental Registry Certificate # 21-232.
House Details
Contemporary house fully renovated and recently furnished. New, comfortable furniture throughout the house with cozy sitting areas in each room.
Living room features a sofa with a full pull-out bed, stocked bookshelf and television for relaxing time at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances for cooking and entertainment.
The sunroom has seating for eight or more guests and direct access to the backyard deck.
Outside, the rear deck has ample space for guests to dine outside at a table for eight, plus lounge seating, and a propane BBQ. Enjoy amazing, tree lined sunsets from the deck!
In the backyard, there is a new, heated 32x16 pool which is great for families and small groups before or after the beach. The grassy yard is an ideal setting for outdoor games and features a firepit seating area for s'mores.
Each bedroom features new beds and linens, and the bathrooms are clean, modern and stocked with towels and other linens.
Laundry available in the basement.
The house is on a quiet street in the village of Springs and makes a great break or getaway location from New York or beyond.

The village of Springs is located in East Hampton on the East End of Long Island. Springs is ideally central to the villages of East Hampton and Amagansett, and ocean and bay beaches. Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, Gardiner's Bay, Accabonac Harbor, and other nearby beaches for swimming and paddling, along with nature preserves with miles of walking trails through mature forests. Take a walk to the Springs Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings and the nearby Springs General Store, Library, and the Pollock-Krasner Studio and Museum.
