Completely Renovated in January 2022 with all-new furnishings, bedding, appliances, kitchen cabinets, updated bathrooms, HVAC, and water heater. This modern condo features custom wood-like floors, quartz countertops, and rustic shiplap accent wallsâmaking your vacation unforgettable. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen, and hallway.
Located in the Scenic Gulf Drive area of Miramar Beach, Beach Retreat is a quaint 4-story complex with just 44 units. This first-floor unit offers unobstructed panoramic Gulf views and easy access to 800 feet of private, gated beachâperfect for relaxing while enjoying sunrise and sunset with your favorite drink.
Saltwater Shores is ideal for families or friends, offering all the comforts of home with convenient walking paths, local coffee shops, and fantastic dining nearby (Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and more). Plus, you're just minutes away from frozen treats at Dairy Queen or a rainy day shopping spree at Silver Sands Outlets.
The condo has a fresh and breezy feel, with a remodeled kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Decorated in soft sea tones, it sleeps up to 9 guests with spacious open areas and a 65" Roku HDTV for family movie nights. The memory foam sleeper sofa provides extra comfort for two additional guests.
Master Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, custom linens, and a brand-new Therapedic Titania mattress with copper-infused gel for a restful sleep. It also includes a 55" Roku HDTV, USB ports, and a renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and LED mirror lighting.
Master Bedroom 2 features another king bed, custom linens, and a second Therapedic mattress. This room includes a 55" Roku HDTV, USB ports, and a renovated bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bunkbeds are ideal for both kids and adults, with a full-size bottom bunk and twin top bunk, both with new memory foam mattresses and 24" Roku HDTVs for streaming. USB ports next to each bunk for charging devices.
Additional features include a new washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV.
Beach Service: Enjoy one umbrella and two chairs (Mid-March through October) We also have beach chairs in the unit for your use.
Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome with a 2-pet minimum.
Convenient Supplies: We provide dish soap, an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. Guests should bring additional items like coffee, laundry detergent, beach towels, sunscreen, and any other necessities for an enjoyable stay.
