Canal Front Beach House with Dock, 2 Porches, 2 Dens, Short Block from Beach
Getting on island time is easy at Salty Goat, a canal front raised beach house at Litchfield Beach. Located on the east side of the canal, the beach is a short block away. Amenities include a floating dock on the tidal canal, spacious yard, and furnished front porch and back deck.
The main floor boasts beautiful wood-look flooring throughout and has a central kitchen located between two living areas, each with a ceiling fan and TV. Five bedrooms and three full baths are also on the main floor. One bedroom with a half bath is on the ground floor with exterior access only; however, the outdoor stairwell to the main floor is conveniently under cover.
Also on ground level is an outdoor walk-in shower room with hot and cold, laundry room with front-loading washer/dryer, covered parking, and wrap-around lawn.

MAIN FLOOR: (5 bedrooms) 1 KING w/Roku TV, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 2 SINGLES, 3 full baths, central kitchen, front living area has TV and opens out to front porch, large canal side living area has TV and provides access to the deck overlooking the tidal canal.
GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom w/exterior access only) 1 QUEEN w/Roku TV, 1 half bath, separate outdoor shower room, laundry room.
AMENITIES: Cable/Streaming TVs-4 (2 Roku), DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, furnished front porch, canal-side deck with outdoor dining set, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, covered parking, floating dock on tidal canal, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach. Elevator is no longer in service.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
