Remodeled in 2024! Maui Vista 3201 is one of the best locations in Kihei! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is the perfect retreat for your Maui getaway with beaches, dining, shopping, and golf all within minutes. It's just a block away from a favorite local surf spot, The Cove, and just moments away from the island's best beaches and parks, including Kamaole Beach I, II, and III, Charley Young Beach, and Kalama Park.

Enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco on the private lanai with seating for two. Leave the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to let in gentle ocean breezes. After a fun-filled day on Maui, relax in the living area and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV while keeping cool and comfortable with a ceiling fan and split AC.

Prep meals in a fully outfitted kitchen with plates, flatware, and any culinary utensils any resident chef could need. When your meals are ready, pull up to the table with room for four in the quaint dining area.

Drift off to sleep in the cozy queen bed for a perfect night's rest in the main bedroom, which offers plenty of closet space for all your belongings and a ceiling fan and split AC to keep cool.

Great location and comfortable

Well appointed with kitchen, beach towels, tennis courts, etc. Clean and very comfortable, great location. Ver convenient and close to beach. Within walking distance to wonderful food truck area, Foodland and shops. Only criticism would be air conditioning was a bit noisy. Rattling every few minutes but not unbearable. Overall highly recommend.

Worst experience in over 30+ years

The room smells of mildew took a week to make liveable the kitchen is falling apart 1980s had trouble getting the Tv to work we have stayed at maui vista for 25 year that was the worst’s room we ever stayed in and the most expensive. There was $1400 worth af charges that coldwell bankers added above the room rent never again . I have never complained once before there was to many charges that i never paid before will only rent from owners from now on.i will not recommend CB TO ANYONE

Amazing

Booked this without knowing it is in a perfect location with several walkable parks, beaches and restaurants. Condo was more than enough space for 2’people, couch folded out as well for more space. Great stay hopefully will be back in the future

The condo had everything we were looking for and they even had beach chairs and beach towels which was a plus for us since we were visiting from MA, so we didn’t have to rent it at the beach. We planned to cook a couple meals and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. We stayed for 8 days and always had fresh clean towels since their is a washer and dryer, that was super convenient. Super clean, great location near the beach, great local gift stores, 25 minutes driving from airport and 20 minutes driving from Target/Walmart.Overall we really enjoyed our staying and we definitely recommend it specially of you traveling with family !

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 3201 was good for what we wanted. Although the bed was smallish, the bedroom wall mounted air conditioner was pointed right at my face so we had to put the dresser in front & the lanai furniture was too low to see over the railing but the arm chair was great. the bed, air conditioning & lanai furniture in 3504 was much better.The move from 3405 to 3201 was bad. you would think it would be simple to move down 2 floors with the door code given to you before you moved except the door code did not work & the next code given 15 minutes after we paid for early entry time only worked once, it took a hour and a half to get a code that would open the door. this delayed the move & keep the cleaning staff out of 3405. but all in all the maui vista is in a great location and we would probably return.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, the location is good, and everything went off without a hitch.There are two small fixes the owner could do to significantly improve the quality of the stay:1. The A/C in the bedroom is very noisy! We had to turn it off so we could sleep, and then the room was hot.2. The shower head is *so low*! As a 6'1" man I had to squat in the shower to wash my head. Having a non-fixed shower head would be so much better.Other than that, the main thing that people should know is that while everything in Kihei is very close by car, walking anywhere from the property - especially at night - isn't the most pleasant or short walk.Having said all that, the apartment was convenient, clean, parking was great, and we had a fantastic time in Maui.

Perfect Condo Rental For the Perfect Vacation Gateway

Ample parking, and we’ll equipped condo. We were happy to find beach towels, foldable beach chairs, and a well equipped Kitchen. Travelling during Covid, and their no cancelation policy was a bit stressful. Overall very happy with our stay.

It’s at a perfect location right across from a beautiful beach, the condo unit and complex are extremely well kept, and there is security 24/7. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
