THE CLARITY

Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

A: Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Your secure lock code will be sent to you around 11:00 AM on the day of arrival. This will allow you to check yourself into the property (contactless entry). Please ensure you have the code before you travel. If not, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in! Note: codes are not activated until your check-in time, and deactivate shortly after check-out.

Q: CAN WE CHECK-IN EARLY OR CHECK-OUT LATE?

A: We are a small business with a limited crew caring for multiple rentals. Our properties stay booked, and our staff has a tight schedule in between. In fairness to our personnel and guests at all of our properties, we generally are unable to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests due to other reservations arriving and departing. If you plan to arrive or depart more than 4 hours outside of the posted check-in/out times, we suggest including the pre/post night in your reservation or contacting us to see if we can block the date from other travelers at a discounted rate.
We do not allow luggage drop-off. Several great local companies are available to assist with your bags and transportation needs, leaving you free to explore! Information on secure luggage storage, transportation services, discounts, and more are provided at booking.

Q: WHAT IF I MAY NEED TO CANCEL?

A: We're not a big hotel or faceless corporation; we aim to be as flexible as possible with our guests, while also balancing the fact that this is a business and our livelihood. Thus, when establishing our cancellation policies, we chose what we feel is a fair balance for everyone. We ask that you review the policy selected for your reservation, and strongly advise protecting your trip with Travel Insurance:

Guest receives 100.00% (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival. No refunds for shortened stays or no-shows.

We are not responsible for travel delays, flight/event cancellations, or other trip interruptions, and cannot adjust rates or arrival/departure times due to any such issues that may arise. Travel insurance is highly recommended and widely available via a simple web search upon booking. Additionally, links for a few trip protection policies are provided for added convenience when completing our electronic Rental Agreement. We are in no way affiliated with any insurance providers and receive no compensation when a guest purchases travel insurance. You must reach out to your policy provider directly prior to canceling, and refer to communications with your insurer for any coverage details or information.

Our policies are firm. The Rental Agreement is provided automatically in the booking process and must eSigned in order for door codes to be activated for check-in—access to the home cannot be granted without a completed agreement, and a copy of the lead guest's Photo ID, on file. Failure to complete the Rental Agreement and provide a Photo ID within 72 hours may result in termination of the reservation, and the cancellation fee will be applied.
