Great Nashville stay!

Had a great stay. This property was exactly as pictured and advertised. Very clean and nice. Was very easy to get to downtown Nashville. The only thing I would recommend is putting a rack to hang clothes on in the one bedroom that the owner’s closet was locked. Other than that is was awesome!

Football weekend

Place was fine. Would have been nice to have TVs in all the bedrooms instead of just one. Was a little shocked when maid was still there cleaning up from lasts guests when we arrived. I thought when checkin was at 3 that we could arrive anytime after 3 and place would be ready.

Great place to stay in Nashville With close proximity to all the attractions. The townhome was clean with very comfortable beds in every room. It was also nice to have four bathrooms, one for every bedroom and they were also very nice. Thanks for a great time!

Great time

We had a long weekend stay with friends for a 40th birthday. The house was great and we had all the space and amenities we needed. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway. Rachel was a great host, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and excellent communication for our arrival and check in. The neighborhood was a little iffy but we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep so it didn’t matter much to us.

Iowa Girls Take on Nashville for 21st birthday

The main reason I chose this home was due to all the positive reviews. Everyone was right. Great place and the host /hostess were always so quick to respond, and accommodating. They thought of everything!

Nice Property

We had 4 couples staying at this property, and it was perfect for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a must, and this property delivered. The townhome was just as pictured, and the owner made it clear that we could reach out whenever needed. (And it was not needed at all!) The neighborhood was quiet, and was about a 20 minute Uber to most of the other areas in Nashville.

Excellent vacation home

This property was a perfect distance from downtown. It was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 3 couples. The property owner is very sweet and responsive. She was more than willing to help with any question or request that I had.

Christmas made perfect!

We decided on Nashville as our home away from home for Christmas to meet our adult married kids and we absolutely loved our stay. The location is great and close to all attractions. The house was cozy and was perfect for our Christmas stay. We will definitely be back!!

Girls getaway!

The condo was so beautiful, exactly as advertised! Very spacious & clean. Having 4 full bathrooms was perfect for 5 of us to get ready to go out! We needed a few more bath towels and Rachel was so easy to reach and we had them very quickly. Definitely a great place to stay!

Great for Couples

We travelled with 3 couples and enjoyed the property. Tons of room, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the rooftop patio was great to pass the time away. Great view of the city. Rachel was great to deal with. Will definitely stay again.

We chose this neighborhood because it's in a perfect location for a short car ride downtown to enjoy the buzz of Nashville, but it's quiet and peaceful if you want to enjoy an evening with good friends/family!

Most rentals in Nashville are set up to be "crash pads" for bachelorettes and big groups. But we wanted ours to be comfortable for guests that wanted an elevated experience while enjoying this amazing city. That's why each room has only a King or Queen bed, and the mattresses are COMFY.
