This is a 2nd floor condo with NO ELEVATOR!!

Unit overlooks the beach and pool with a private deck.

Outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ area, outdoor shower, co-op washers & dryers.

Short walk to Pier Park, Shuckums Oyster Pub, Gulf World, Barefoot Grill & Sharky's.

Great location

Didn’t have good communication with the host and check in was a little chaotic but the location is great and beach view was great, only a short walk to the beach, would stay in the cabana rooms again

The studio apartment was decent and served the purpose. It was located in a great area and steps from the beach. The balcony had a great view of the nice clean pool and the ocean. The furniture could use upgrading.The bed was a simple bed on a rail but comfortable. The couch was scary. Thankfully, the broom was located on the balcony so I was able to sweep the apartment because the floor was dirty. There was food crumbs on the table and two chairs. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. I don't know if I would stay there again. The apartment door did not look secure. On my first day there, someone enter the apartment after knocking two times. There was no peephole or window so before I could think who was knocking, she just let herself in. She scared the bejeebers out of me! Thank goodness, I had clothes on. She stated twice that I was not suppose to be there. The lady had a remote control and batteries for the television because the remote in the apartment had missing buttons and was not working. I put one of the chairs in front of the door to alert me and prayed that no one knocked the door open.

Worst experience ever! Place is 1 star if that!

The place was in horrific condition- the side bins by the bed were stained and dirty the floor was unkept the couch had multiple rips there is a huge hole above the kitchen sink with ventilation showing - the place smelled awful needless to say out of our 3 night stay we stayed only one night that’s bc we couldn’t find any place with availability. The liens were not clean it was a total nightmare!

This condo needs some TLC.

The shower contained Mold. The baseboard to the left of the toilet was filthy and covered with Mold. I have no idea when the floor was mopped if ever mopped. I had to use towels to clean the floor. The towels smelled like Tobacco smoke. Totally disgusting. The shower head needed to be clean so that the water could flow more freely. The upkeep of the place has been ignored and it seems the owner just wants to make money and forget the tenants.

I will start by saying the listing is accurate as far as what the condo is and the amenities it includes. However, the toilet seat was broken and kept sliding around, the shower curtain fell multiple times while were there, and the middle support rail on the bed is broken, so my husband and I felt like we were falling through it. Other reviews mentioned lots of stairs, I didn’t think they were that bad. Also like in other reviews, street noise is unavoidable. The door is a pain to shut and it sits crooked. The view is pretty good, as is the walk to the beach. Overall, not worth what we paid.

Panama City Beach Ambassador

I had a wonderful trip to PCB. The views from the balcony and the morning/afternoon sun are perfect! This is not an elevator building. There are two flights of stairs to walk up and an additional flight down when heading to the pool/beach. I would recommend this property unit IF you do not have back issues. The mattress for the King size bed is a foam mattress. There is little to no support. Also, the couch for the hide-a-bed, while I did not open it, was very uncomfortable to sit on. There is plenty of closet space and storage under the bed. I was there during the first weekend of Mardi Gras. Pier Park had many fun activities happening and there were fireworks two evenings in a row. The noise level from street traffic is unavoidable. The 10-days I was there was really not a problem. The occasional street drag racing happened but did not interrupt sleep. I suspect Spring Break may be something completely different. All this said, I would recommend the property location of the Ambassador and this particular unit.

Great location and price

This condo was just as advertised. Right on the beach. Several restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, including the pier. No frills, basic accommodations.

Paradise Right on the Beach

I love staying here. There’s a lovely balcony that overlooks the beach and water. Literally steps to the beach or pool area. Nice hot tub with a peaceful area to relax in.

Bad experience

The rental was a dump Right across the road from all younger crowd hangouts. Unit was pet friendly but could not walk pets on the beach at this location. You had to walk down the beach before a dog entrance to the beach. Noise from other units was loud. Very upsetting to your pets. No manager on site if you needed immediate help. We had booked the place for three nights and stayed one night. Overall would not recommend if you were not part of a younger crowd.

Great location & view at an affordable price

Condo flooring needs updating. Painted concrete is fine, just needs cleaning and resealing. View and location are excellent and above par. Spent most of time on balcony or beach. Owner was quick to respond when entry code did not work upon arrival. I wanted to enjoy the beach and the view at an affordable price and this condo really allowed me to do that.

Great to spend night, not to hang out

This condo was perfect for me and my friends. The only time we were in it was when we were sleeping or getting ready to go out/to the beach. The pull-out mattress is kinda springy so bring a thick blanket or foam pad to cover it. The toilet flushes, but it constantly runs water if you do not reset the chain (which was fine, but just a minor inconvenience). Overall, we LOVED our stay. The pool was great too! :)

Not worth the price

For the price it was. NOT WORTH IT could have stayed somewhere much nicer for what we paid for 2 nights and didn’t even stay 2nd night due to this . Told owner and not much was said not even some kind of reimbursement offered. Bed squeaks with pretty much every movement , concrete floors which are great but need to be repainted and. we’re not the cleanest . Light above shower basically falling out . The one rug at front door was dirty and stained . Bottom of doors are worn chipped . Ash tray for the 2nd floor right outside door. If it was cheaper be great for spring breakers it’s that kind of atmosphere. Does have a great view of beach only reason gave it any stars . Took pictures would love to post them but can’t figure out how to post .

Mothers Day 2020

We had a great experience with Unit 202. Owner Kristen. I personally loved concrete floors. Easy to sweep sand. Great view and above pool. Great correspondence with owner.. Complex is pet friendly dog park is great and equipped with potty cleanup items. We look forward to stay again in a month or 2, and again in october for Thunder beach.

PCB on a Budget

1. The kitchen is an efficiency with no stove or oven. There is no full size refrigerator. The dorm refrigerator needs to be defrosted. 2. The hotplate is old and cooks unevenly. There are no skillets. 3. There is a convection microwave but the kitchen only offered teflon pans. 4. No central ac so bathroom has no ventilation and because the window unit is installed within the balcony, it renders the balcony nearly unusable because of the hot air flowing from it. 5. Very clean facility. Very detailed and hard working property manager. 6. Very dog friendly with a small dog park. 7. Hot area new and very clean. 8. Clean pool. 9. Total beach access with rentable chairs. 10. Great location in relation to Walmart, Target, restaurants, and shops. 11. Updates in progress.

GREAT LOCATION, BUT.....

This gulf front unit is very cheaply furnished. Other reviews about the bed being practically on the floor and hard to get out of are very true. There was no drawer or closet space so don’t expect to unpack. And the very worst part was that after we returned home we realized we had head lice!! It was disgusting!! I notified Kristen so she could take the necessary precautions with her unit, but never heard back from her so I have no idea if that issue has been taken care of or not. Although I loved the location, all things considered, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this unit to others.

Great time in PCB!

The size was perfect for my Husband & I. We loved how close we were to the beach & the pool & hot tub were great!! The restaurant across the street was a little loud but not so bad that we wouldn't stay there again. The best was being able to bring our dog Daisy with us! Pet friendly is always appreciated!

VERY DIRTY

Only reason I am giving 2 stars is for the location we was walking distance to everything offered in Panama City but unfortunately the room was filthy. I had to clean the place before unpacking our clothes. Food on the counter tops from previous guest, mold on the ac and shower curtain, sand coversed the floor, someone's dirty swim bottoms on the balcony, the sponges they left was 2 previously used sponges, spilt drink that was perfectly visible to the eye in the closet space by the bed. I can't believe we had to clean the place at arrival on our vacation. Don't worry I left it in better shape then when arrived. For us to stay again at that price you would need to have it deep cleaned, have better accommodations (bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, dish rags, bath rug, garbage bags), clean shower curtain. I would have easily gave 5 stars for our stay but with the mess it was when we arrived was unacceptable and not worth the price we paid!

Cozy little condo!!

Loved it!!! Only complaint is it needs shelves in the bathroom. Floor would get your feet black walking on it. But overall, a super nice little room and I will definitely be back!
