Seascape - The Perfect Oceanfront Getaway!
NEW TO RENTAL MARKET IN 2023! Our condo offers the ideal escape from all the hustle and bustle. The ocean views are the focal point of the living room and kitchen. The front porch is nestled in the dunes and is perfect for watching the dolphins swim by as you drink your morning coffee or relax from an afternoon on the beach. We are conveniently located between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach allowing you to enjoy all that Crystal Coast has to offer from Swansboro to Beaufort.
FEATURES: Oceanside and soundside complex offers two outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs with adjacent bathrooms, children's pool, outdoor grilling area, outside showers and elevators. Palm tree lined, private setting. Two vehicles allowed per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets allowed at rentals per HOA rules.
The condo features three bedrooms (3BR) and two full bathrooms (2BA), and includes two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with twin over full bunk beds. The kitchen offers ocean views and is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. This oceanfront unit welcomes you each morning with breathtaking water views to enjoy while drinking your coffee. The covered deck includes Polywood rockers, tall chairs, tables, and a lounge chair so you can fully enjoy the ocean views. The master bedroom features a spacious bath, including garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The property also offers WIFI, 4 televisions (one smart TV in living room), cable tv service, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. Four beach chairs are also available for use. Weekly only during high season. No smoking. No pets. Turn day: Saturday.

We love all that Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach have to offer and so The Ocean Club is the perfect location. With access to the ocean and sound, two pools, a gym, and many other amenities, there is always fun to be had at The Ocean Club.

We manage our properties and are often in the area so we may be available in the event you need our assistance. When we are not in the area, our cleaning company has been working with us for years and knows our properties well, and they are happy to be of assistance.
We also co-own two additional condos located at the Island Beach & Racquet Club in Atlantic Beach, NC if you need additional space.
