Welcome to Latitude Attitude, a lagoon-front oasis with a fishing pier and easy access to the beach! With 6 bedrooms, a cheerful interior, and the perfect location between two pristine bodies of water, Latitude Attitude offers guests a one-of-a-kind vacation in Gulf Shores. This charming beach bungalow sleeps up to 14 guests and is the perfect spot for your next large family vacation! With plenty of space inside and out plus easy beach access, Latitude Attitude is sure to make a splash for your next Gulf Shores vacation!

About Latitude Attitude

Located directly on Gulf Shores’ tranquil Little Lagoon and just steps from easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, Latitude Attitude offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all Alabama’s gulf coast has to offer. Fish or take a swim from the brand new extra long pier or relax on the comfortable sun decks! Unique to this house is a sandy beach area on the shore of the lagoon, where kids can build a sand castle or jump right in! 

Inside, relax in the spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy a movie or the beautiful view of the lagoon. The dining area offers the same water views to enjoy over dinner. Prepare a meal while overlooking the water from the kitchen and enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table! The living area also offers a wet bar with a separate ice maker. 

Latitude Attitude offers 6 whimsically decorated bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, deck access to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, and a full, private bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is a second master suite and offers a king bed, TV, deck access and a private bathroom. 

Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed and TV and shares a full hall bathroom with bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 is a great option for kids, featuring 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a wall mounted TV. Bedroom 5 features a full bed and TV and shares a full hall bathroom with bedroom 6. Bedroom 6 features a queen sized bed, fun beachy mural, and a TV. 

For guests needing a change of scenery or an escape from everyday life, Latitude Attitude is sure to brighten the spirits!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

House had been painted and listing is not the new paint job. Stay was wonderful we had a great time. We did our swimming in the lagoon since the beach had a lot of jellyfish. They do need to replace lights on the back steps leading to the dock since only the two lights on the top steps worked.

Best Vacation Ever

My husband and I have 6 children, some of which are adults but have never seen the ocean. Latitude Attitude is the perfect place for our large family to relax yet have time together when wanted. Steps from the ocean, the sunrises/sets are spectacular.

Perfect for our family

Loved the house. Beautifully decorated and practical too. Grandsons loved fishing from pier but some shade would have been nice. Good proximity to the beach also. Four bathrooms for fourteen people were much appreciated. 3 large couches worked well for our family too.

Nice

The house was a perfect set up for our annual brother's get together. 6 BR and 4 baths let each of us have our own room and the family room was very comfortable with three sofas and a recliner. The only complaint I have is that there is no cable TV to watch local channels. If some of us had not had subscriptions to Youtube TV we would not have been able to watch sports or local and National news, etc.

Great home for large family

I just returned from a wonderful week in this home. Our family of 14 had more than enough room ! The house is updated on the inside. The close proximity to the beach is great is is right across the street you can sit in the front porch swing and listen to the waves. Will definitely book again

This was the perfect amount of space. Loved being on the water. This was the babies first beach trip. Such a wonderful experience.

Recommend!

We were a little apprehensive about the house because there were no reviews. When we arrived, the house looked average. Once we got inside, the house was great! It was spacious and clean. All the rooms were a very good size. There is a nice front porch on the front, a very large deck on the back, and a great under deck grill area. The new pier was great. The lagoon is great. We just had a great time! There were 12 of us ( 8 adults and 4 kids ). The one room for the kids was very spacious even though it had 4 bunks, not tight at all. The beach is across the street and is very nice. The lagoon out back was our favorite "mini beach". We fished from the pier , went crabbing (2 of those were provided), flew kites, relaxed, cooked breakfast, grilled, we actually never went back up the street to go do anything, but if u need to go, it's not too far, all the stores you'll ever need. It was truly a great time. I've shared the listing with friends, and we are already talking about securing it for next year. Recommend.
