Pool at doorstep, with grill and sun loungers, opened from late May to early Sept (pool towels provided). High speed internet, central heat/AC, large 4k TV. Kid-friendly (toys, books, games) and baby-friendly (bassinet). Free private parking for 2 cars. Very quiet & peaceful. No smoking. No pets.

The Neighborhood:
This property is tucked inside a very small private neighborhood of only a dozen homes. There is NO OUTLET, and there are 2 cul-de-sacs, which means low traffic, high safety and privacy. Many of the neighbors are our friends, and all the neighbors are nice and friendly.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find convenient access to major routes. Greensboro, with its public transit options, is a short drive away. The Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is also nearby, making travel a breeze. Free private parking is available for two cars on the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Because the owners (Ryan, wife, and mother) live right in front of this Airbnb, and because there is almost always at least 1 adult home, personal live assistance is a convenience. Upon check-in, the phone numbers of all 3 owners will be provided to tenants for assistance via text/call.
