Welcome to the unforgettable “Starboard Light”! The good Lord blessed our family with this enchanting, gulf front home, where we can watch dolphins jumping from the emerald green waters, play in the sand while watching the Blue Angels scream by, or simply relax, while floating in the crystal cool waters of the pool. Our prayer for you and yours, as guests in our home, is for you to grow closer to each other, and the creator of these white sand beaches, who paints the sky in wild colors each night for your enjoyment. Some have said the best part about this condo is watching their kids swim in the pool from one of our two balconies. Others comment on the convenience of having the beach right in front of them for their morning walk. Many are excited about the proximity of the famous Peg Leg Pete’s sea food restaurant, just a quick walk from our cozy condo. We personally enjoy listening to the waves crash in the mornings as we sip our coffee from the main bedroom balcony.

Samsung Sound bar speaker system in the main living area for outstanding music and TV sound! Bluetooth connection makes it easy to play your tunes! Both bedrooms have built-in "California" closet systems with Bedroom 2 providing an additional work area desk.

New wood plank tile floors throughout the first floor of the condo and new carpet on the stairs and 2nd floor.

Fully stocked kitchen with a great assortment of cooking utensils, pots, pans, basic seasonings and open to the living area to visit while you cook! Notice the AMAZING Gulf view right from kitchen!

Convenient Keurig coffee station upstairs between the two bedrooms for convenient morning coffee!
The downstairs living area balcony includes a bar height seating table for four (4) and two (2) relaxing sun lounges easily accommodating seating for six (6)! Relax and enjoy dinner or lunch and a glass of wine while you enjoy the Gulf breezes and watch vacationers and locals enjoy the day from your private balcony!

The upstairs balcony located off the master bedroom includes two bar height bistro tables and seating for four (4). Relax and enjoy your morning coffee while you enjoy the Gulf breezes and fantastic view!

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

The unit includes two (2) reserved parking garage spaces conveniently accessed directly underneath the unit.

Convenient public trolley stops as well as golf cart rides and Uber are all available on Pensacola Beach. Better yet bring your bikes and enjoy miles and miles of paved and safe bike paths! We are only 1.7 miles from the Pensacola pier and the famous beach ball!

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

Unit access is provided by exterior stairs only! Interior access to the bedrooms is provided by interior stairs only!
Please keep the stairs only, no elevator access, in mind when booking.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.
