Property Not As Advertised
While this property seemed quite perfect for two couples that did not turn out to be the case. The first issue was the lack of the advertised parking space. We contacted the management company and communicated with them for three days and the parking space was never resolved. The furniture shown in online photos is not what is in the unit, instead there is one small love seat not a couch, bar stools with no backs and not adequate for the comfort of four adults. Additionally, the carpet in the unit was filthy, the love seat arm on one side crushed in, inside door handle on one of the bedroom doors was missing, towels left in one of the bedrooms were not dry (hopefully clean and just taken out of dryer too soon?), piece of wall art on floor outside bedroom instead of being hung (maybe fell down and never put back up?), storm door at entrance would not close (or lock). Another huge issue is the noise from the very heavily used road next to the unit, sounded like a motor speedway all day and night. Other annoyances were extremely slow internet, no extra blankets for either bedroom and the bedrooms were extremely small, no way to even take a suitcase in the room with you unless you put on top of the bed which we needed sleep on. We were promised over and over someone from the local guest experience team would reach out but over three days it never happened.
