The first floor offers an open concept living area with a cozy leather sectional sofa, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a convenient half bath with laundry facilities. On the second floor, you’ll find two private bedrooms with Queen beds, each equipped with a 44” Smart TV and a private ensuite bathroom featuring walk-in showers. Modern amenities include Central Air, a 65” Smart TV for streaming, and High-Speed Fiber Optic Internet.



Relax outdoors on the large shared front porch or gather around the shared firepit in the backyard. The property is conveniently located across the road from River Valley Country Club, and it’s a short drive to explore Cowanesque Lake, Corning NY, and the enchanting Wine Country of Keuka and Seneca Lake. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to State Game Lands.



This vacation rental is dog friendly, with prearranged approval required from the host, and pet fees apply for up to 2 house-trained dogs. Please note that dogs cannot be left unattended or off-leash while outside, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.



Linens and towels are provided, along with a dual coffee pot/Keurig. We provide a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies you may need for your stay.

Dog Friendly-Must have prearranged approval from host and an additional $150 paid before arrival

- No more than 2 house trained dogs allowed.

-Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property.

-Dogs cannot be off leash while outside.

-Guests will clean up after dogs and dispose of waste as stated in the rental book.

- If evidence of pets on the property without prior approval, subject to $300 damage charge.
