Peaceful Breezy Feeling is a lovely 3-bedroom home in the heart of Seagrove Beach and just a few minutes walk from the beach! With sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, Peaceful Breezy Feeling provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for your entire family!

Nestled in the sought-after community, The Grove by the Sea, positioned at the heart of Seagrove Beach, our location is truly unbeatable. Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Nice house in outstanding location

This really was a great house. It was the perfect amount of space for my family of 6. The neighborhood was so peaceful and location is outstanding. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the trees and shrubs were too overgrown for us to access the deck and outdoor shower from the outside.

Nice hideaway

Loved the layout, especially with kids. We took the upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms worked perfectly for the girls. The back porch and front porch are great extra hang out areas and the house is equipped with everything you might need. Bikes were great - takes about 7 minutes to bike to Seaside. The beach is at the end of the road - a 10 minute walk through the cute little neighborhood. A nice getaway from the craziness of Spring Break. There was a construction site there doors down - new house getting pilings. That was a zen breaker but assuming they will have it up and done in next two months - properties at a premium in that area. All in all a great place! Oh! also one of our bikes lost its pedal and Kismit quickly replaced it.

Perfect place for the perfect beach vacation

Peaceful Breezy Feeling has everything: quick beach access, a large community pool for starters. It is very close to Seaside and the grocery store. And a quick drive to Rosemary beach. The interior of the property is immaculate, spacious and has everything needed if you want to cook at home. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of space for my family of seven. I really enjoyed and appreciated being in a quiet neighborhood set back from the noise and traffic on 30A. We will definitely return here and highly recommend Peaceful Breezy Feeling.

Beach vacation

Nice comfortable home w/ plenty of space. Convenient to beach & Seaside area. There were plenty beach chairs/toys available to use. Recommend renting bikes and/or a golf cart. Cons: Bathroom shower/tubs/sinks could use updating. Leaky tub/shower downstairs. Some tiny ants in downstairs bathroom. Need to get rid of dirty area rugs in kitchen/breakfast area. Kitchen could use updated stainless steel pots. All nonstick pots were damaged.

Perfect beach trip with family & friends!!

This was the perfect beach house for our family!! It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. So helpful to have beach chairs & bikes to borrow. We can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect Getaway on 30A

We appreciated everything about this house nestled in the quiet neighborhood of The Grove by the Sea. The gorgeous sugar white sand beach and clear water in Seagrove was a 10-minute picturesque walk, and the short half-hour walk or bike to Seaside for shops, restaurants, and Airstream Row was pleasant, as well. (If you want a respite from the heat, do yourself a favor and pop into the air conditioned Seagrove Market Cafe 1/2 mile from the house to enjoy a grouper basket. Yum!) We enjoyed riding the provided bikes equipped with bike locks, and we brought helmets from home. The house had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels, umbrella, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen with a Ninja blender, and comfortable bedrooms. The back screened porch was so serene and comfortable on the cushioned outdoor living room set, it was the perfect place to sit in silence while appreciating the beautiful backyard foliage or enjoy one of the provided books, like the ones I enjoyed on the history of Seagrove and 30A. If we are fortunate enough to return to this beautiful area, I hope this house is available. Thank you, David and family, for sharing your beautiful oasis with us! We will cherish the memories.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at this house. It was clean, close to the beach, and a perfect layout for my family. Our teen brought two friends and they loved the easy bike ride to town, pickle ball courts, and using the provided boogie boards while swimming…even in late December. My husband and I enjoyed the beach, sunsets, and going to restaurants and shops in town. The house provided everything we needed and was even lovelier than the pictures. Thanks!

Quiet older home

This is definitely the furthest we have stayed off the beach. It was a quieter neighborhood but not recommended to grandparents to walk to the beach or older folks. Pool was great, never anyone there. We couldn’t find the basketball or tennis. Needed new flooring in the main bathroom it was caving in near the bath, it’s a little dated, could use a new light fixture in the bathroom. Also the layout to the outside porch was through two bedrooms, so not convenient if with another family to create private bedrooms. Lastly, when two cars are parked in the driveway it is very hard to walk through with a wagon or bags to the street due to the large vegetation on the front of the house. The living room has a great large couch for lounging and an outdoor shower was key.

Fall Break Fun

The first part: we could not have beat the weather the week we stayed in late September on 30A!! The owner communicates very well and we received nearly immediate responses. The house is in a convenient location, approximately one mile from the circle in Seaside. Easy bike ride! Cute house. Nice neighborhood. Quiet at night. Be sure to not let your little kids walk out because the construction and bike drop-off trucks drive way too fast through the neighborhood during the day. House has a great front and back porch to hang out. Beds are comfy. Overall a great trip and nice house to spend a week!

Seagrove Beach House

We enjoyed staying here - very quiet, nice neighborhood. Pool was nice and convenient as well as beach access. Beds in downstairs bedrooms uncomfortable, but probably fine for small children. House was very functional and clean, porches private and relaxing. Would definitely come back to this area- beautiful!

Relaxing Getaway at this charming home!

This home is truly charming as listed. We loved the foliage surrounding the home, as it felt like we were the only people there! The neighborhood is quiet and feels like you're away from the hustle and bustle of 30A, but you're close enough to bike to the beach or grocery store. The outdoor shower was a hit for our boys, they absolutely loved it! Will book with David again!

Wonderful Family Retreat!

Our family enjoyed this Seagrove rental house very much! It was clean, beautiful, and serene. The extra boogie boards and chairs that were provided by the host definitely came in handy. The cool water in the outdoor shower is so wonderful after a hot day! We really didn’t want the vacation to end because the house is so cozy, and the beds were all comfortable as well. Its a short walk or bike ride to the most amazing clear water and uncrowded beach🏝

Great spot for families!

I took my kids for a week to David’s place and had the best time! It’s close enough to the beach to take a quick walk, but also in a quiet neighborhood. David has so much extra things to use in case you forgot anything - chairs, boogie boards, etc. The house was also pretty well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. You’re about a mile from seaside so it’s an easy walk/bike ride to there, also. We love seagrove and go often - and David’s place was perfect!

Loved our stay

We love the neighborhood, The Grove by the Sea, that is what made us look to vacation again in Sea Grove. The house was perfect for our family and there were many games and the outside screened porch was great for our teens to hang out. Everyone loved the outdoor shower too, that was used more than the inside shower!!! In contacting the owner for a couple of things, there was immediate and helpful response. David even helped with our golf cart that we rented, which was super helpful. We had a great experience!! Thank you David

Amazing vacation and neighborhood with or without kids.

This was our first trip to 30A and the entire family wants to go Back next year. We had an amazing time from shopping to food, to the beach. We rented bikes and we all enjoyed being able to ride around the neighborhood and up to the square. Thank you !
