Welcome to our cozy and comfortable unit in North Redington Beach, FL. This stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sofa bed, condo located on the 2nd floor has everything you need! Tucked away in the quiet, you will find your piece of paradise here. We provide a washer/dryer free of charge located in the unit. Spend your time enjoying the pool, gym, basketball court, playground area, rooftop lounge and BBQ area or walk/bike to the white sands of Redington Beach!

!IMPORTANT INFORMATION! This is a 90 days minimum booking.  Once your booking is confirmed, you will need to fill in and sign an HOA application and lease form and provide a valid ID for the time period inquired to the HOA. The application must be approved by the HOA. An application fee will apply and must be paid separately to the HOA. We will assist you throughout the entire process. Please note that all guests must abide by HOA rules. Upon confirmation of the booking, you will have 24 hours to fill and sign your HOA application; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

-The property is managed by the community; we will help you the most we can, but we aren't responsible for any water or electricity outage and will not provide refund for this matter. We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community, and we do not have any control.
-No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
- Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains (Claim will be made)
-Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only
-No Smoking, No Pets, No candles
-The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
-Please ensure that the parking placard is always visibly displayed in the vehicle at all times when parked. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. The placard can be found inside the unit. Kindly take note that in the event of misplacing or losing the placard, an additional fee of $125 will be incurred.
-Pool (Verify hours of accessibility) Persons less than 14 years of age must have adult supervision at all times. (We are not responsible if the pool is closed for any particular reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community.) Shared with other guests.
-Basketball court-Persons must be over 14 years of age or accompanied by an adult to use the basketball court. (We are not responsible if the Basketball court is closed for any particular reason as it is managed by the community.) Shared with other guests.
-Playground-All kids must be accompanied by an adult to use the playground. (We are not responsible if the playground is closed for any particular reason as it is managed by the community.) Shared with other guests.
-Gym: Must verify access hours. Shared with other guests. We are not responsible if the gym is closed for any particular reason as it is managed by the community.
-BBQ: We are not responsible if the gas of the BBQ is emptied nor are responsible for its functionality or availability as it is managed by the community.

-Please note that an extra charge ($) will be made for each lost remote.
-Need to abide with HOA rules and sign a HOA application and lease to be approved by HOA.
-As soon as booking is confirmed, you will have 24 hours to submit your HOA application, or the reservation will be cancelled.
-There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
- Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
- Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.

The space:
Our unit features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials you need during your stay. Located on the 2nd floor (must climb stairs). No elevator in complex.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or out on the balcony with beautiful views.

The living room is cozy and inviting, with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Stay connected during your stay with our high-speed internet access and we provide a printer. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

Our complex offers many amenities for you to enjoy, including a pool, basketball court, fitness room(gym), picnic areas and playground.
